Taking down old street/perimeter light fittings of any type ( sodium vapour/tube light ) and any size after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connection from pole keeping serviceable fittings separately for reuse at site and removing unserviceable fittings from the site complete all as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light minimum 70 watts, 230 Volts epoxy powder coated pressure dia cast aluminium housing with waterproofing gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments pressure die cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws LED with IP-66 protection colour temperature-6500k+/-300K lens, IP-66, Lumen efficiency > 100 Im/w, surge protection 4 KV internal (built in) with twin core conductor inclusive of all incoming & outgoing electric connection and testing for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Taking down old/repair in situ to high mast light fittings mounted at of 12 to 15 mtr high mast (4 to 6 light fittings) including disconnnnecting electrically testing of all components to ascertain defective part of the fitting and testing the conductivity of electric cable of internal wiring of fittings and taking down on replacement if not repairable, complete all directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( The flood/high mast light fittings should be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for replacement of street light bracket made out of 40mm bore light grade GI pipe ( minimum length 1.50 mtr) with two sets painted clamps with nuts and bolts, bend to shape for fixing LED street light fitting complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of steel poles/struts, any size, any type complete all as directed.

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ( 9 Mtr long) as per IS -2713 specification including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including making of alternate yellow and black strips 30 cm height ( total 5 Nos) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete in coping of poles type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up UG cable of any size and any core from trenches/pole including bricks as required complete all specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE LT insulated armoured with aluminium stranded conductor under ground cable of size 10 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/or fixed on pole with suitable size cable glands crimping type cable lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE LT insulated armoured with aluminium stranded conductor under ground cable of size 16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/or fixed on pole with suitable size cable glands crimping type cable lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable etc. and for foundation of poles, stays etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick of soft/loose soil in trenches/pit complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with fine river sand over, under ground cable laid in trenches and gently punned to cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

M & L for Sub class 'B' old size well burnt brick laid flat in trenches as protection to LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 60 cmX60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel wire 4mm dia with of galvanized nuts, check nuts and washers including excavation and earth work in any type of stretch, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 pit, PCC pit cover 1:2:3 Type B-1 with handle GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade and 20mm medium grade GI watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh etc complete as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point and metal part all as specified including testing on completion.

Supply and fix Factory made transparent street light junction box of size 155 x210x92mm made of high quality polycarbonate with IP-65 protection (Dust and vermin proof according to IEC-60529) Totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recyclable material having high quality gasket made out of polyurethane with MCB, DP, 10KA, 6 Amps, with locking arrangement and M40 size cable gland and one M32 size gland suitable upto 50 sqmm cable and necessary fixing arrangements such as clamps, nuts, bolts etc duly two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Hensel Cat No -KF-1616G or equivalent model of Sintex/Bentex.

Supply, laying or fixing 40 mm bore galvanised iron tubing, light grade, with all fittings for passing of cables laid in trenches or fixed to walls/poles/ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing three single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm FRLS for phase neutral and earth continually drawn through steel tubular pole with both side connection street light and pole mounted street light junction box inclusive of copper terminals complete all as specified & directed inclusive of taking down old one. Note: Three runs of cable will be measured and paid as one run.

M & L for replacement of street light timer switch ( Astro mini) 110-240VAC 1 phase-2W,1 C/O, Base/DIN complete all as specified as directed. Make L & T Cat No T2DDT& or equivalent make and model Havells/C & S

Supply and fix in repair 3 pole power contractor - Type MO with built in surge suppressor and auxiliary contact of rating AC3-50A all as specified and directed. Make L & T Cat No CS94572 or equivalent make and model Havells/C & S
