Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed,

M & L for 75 mm PCC type C2 1:3:6( 40 mm stone aggregate) over sub base for basket ball court all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thk PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in sub base to flooring complete all as specified and as diretcted.

M&L for 25 mm thick Sand cushioning under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching edges of basket ball court incl necessary form work complete all as spd and directed

M&L for 40 mm thick granolithic concrete topping floor 1:1:2 (using 6mm to 12.5 mm aggregate with hardening compound mixed @2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufactrer specification), laid in panels with 4 mm thick PVC strips in full depth to cement concrete floors (either dimention of panel shall not exceed 1.5m) and laid over cement concrete subfloors etc, surface finished to even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in position of factory made (adjustable height) basket ball pole of standard height (of approved brand) comprising of Acrylic Basket ball back board 25 mm thick of size 1.80x1.08 mtr with steel perimeter frame, steel basket ball Ring with basket ball Net, mounted with (pole pipe size shall not less be than 150 mm square), including connecting plates, nuts, bolts and washers as per manufactures instructions, (Suitable size bolts for fixing of pole shall be embaded in foundation concrete as per manufacturer's instructions) all exposed surfaces shall be factory painted to the manufacturer's design including dismantling of existing post with acrylic back boards, ring etc complete all as specified and as diretced. Make:-DURABLE FIX of Winko or equivalant in Welco, STAG, RIDO, ESSKAY

M&L for preparation of new concrete surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm over new surfaces as in marking of basket ball court incl curves and circle exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The shade of paint for 'D' and circle shall be as directed.

All as per serial item No 11 here - in - before but surfaces not exc 10 cm width or girth.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation n exc 1.5 m deep and getting at any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Prior to rough excavation initial level and final level at chainage n exc 5m shall be submitted by the contractor and recorded in the measurement book. All T&P shall be provided by the contractor free of cost.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50mtr above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 17 but distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, rammed to a true surface, n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Prior to Forming embankments, initial level and final level at chainage n exc 5m shall be submitted by the contractor and recorded in the measurement book. All T&P shall be provided by the contractor free of cost.

Hard core of broken stones or boulders of guage not exc 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in foundation including raft footing foundation, beams, plinth beams, base for cloumns etc and like complete all as specified and as directed,

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in as in walls retaining walls, basement walls and like, any thickness above top of the footing including attached pillasters complete as specified and as directed,

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any ) of foundation and similar work vertical or to batter for fair finished surface concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to faces of walls , retaining walls , abutments , parapets and similar work etc vertical or to batter for fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 25 above but 5 -10 mm dia in stirupps, spacers and binders complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, priming with alkali-resistant priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm bore High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/ Sq /m as in weep holes (whilst concrete is green) as in retaining walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brocken stone or boulders n exc 90 m (63 to 90mm) hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level and packing in galvanised steel wire mesh made up into cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel (welded steel) wire mesh of size 50x50 mm mesh all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast interlocking paver blocks factory made confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick grade of concrete M-35 with cement and coloured pigment (topping thickness not less than 5 mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable with epoxy coating) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stones, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly roundered or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work and finishing complete all as specified. Note: Contractor may precast the kerb stone of required size and shape as per site requirement and place at site as directed and jointed in CM 1:3 as directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 43,033.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum)
