SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium Anodised snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm thick, for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long including 4 mm thick non asbestor E-board, HSPC, designer fixed to frame complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 4 mm thick, Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge wrought, fixed with screws, cross sectional area exc 3 and n.exc 6 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in and including false ceiling grid made of GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to cerntre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete including Hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm wide designer type gypsum cornices fixed along the wall as in perimeter of room complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for second class hardwood, scantlings, clean sawn, in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stop, founded or chamfered on edges incuding necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings with ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rolled mild steel fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pices, cleat etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling, etc by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc to be measured separately if found serviceable), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FR PVC insulated, multistranded, single core unsheathed, copper conductor cables passing through and including PVC surface conduit with all fittings and accessories of PVC conduit (like Tee, bend etc.) complete fixed to walls /ceiling etc. with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FR PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core, copper cable green in colour as earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point including pressed steel terminal box (having wall thickness 1.22mm for box upto a size 200x300mm and 1.63mm thick beyond the size 200x300mm) (Sunk Type) fixed with suitable sizes cadmium plated iron screws and washers etc. covered with 3.0mm thick backelite sheet for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for one light/fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed. (Make Legrand Cat No. 5078 14 or equivelant of make as per list of manufacturer)

M & L for Sub main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm (Nominal area) single core cable FRLS PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cables 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC conduits/casing-caping of suitable size, fixed to wall/ceiling etc including 6 sqmm (nominal area) single core, FRLS PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point including PVC conduits/casing-caping of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : PVC Conduits/Casing-caping, two run cables and one run of earth wire will be measured as one length.)

S & F MCB, TPN, 415 Volts, 40-63 Amps, "C" series, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Legrand Cat No. 4086 81-83 or equivelant of make as per list of manufacturer)

S & F MCB, 'C' Series, SP, 240 Volts, 5 to 32 Amps, 'C' Series, 10KA capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Legrand, Cat No. 4085 87-95 or equivalent make as per list of manufacturer)

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks laid breath wise across the length of cable in trenches for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 15mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @15cm centre to centre in both direction and 10mm dia MS handle of suitable size, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers,necessary earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing complete as specified and as directed.
