Open Earthwork excavation for boxing of roads in all soils and sub soils to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and drawing as directed by the departmental officers. (excluding Refilling)0 to 2 m depth

Cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One of cement, five of sand and ten of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation and basement using 40 mm size hard broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting, baling out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work for reinforced cement concrete works such as floor and roof slab, lintels, beams staircase waist and landing slab, canopy, columns of all shapes and plane surfaces and other similar works.

Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One of cement, one and half of sand and three of Hard broken stone jelly) for all RCC works namely column , Column footing canophy, and other similar works using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills, shuttering and centering but including vibrating, laying, curing and finishing etc., complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers in the following floors.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One of cement, two of sand and four of Hard broken stone jelly) for all column , column footing, canophy, circular column, and other similar works using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly shuttering and centering but including vibrating, laying, curing and finishing etc., complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Mild steel Grills/Ribbed Tor Steels for reinforcement for all floors including cost of binding wire, bending, tying etc, all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of fabricated steel structure SHS/ CHS (Square/ circular Hollow section) with ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) grade of suitable size for support beam, main rafter bracings and struts covering with PVC coated tensile fabric as per specification including patterning form finding, cutting, welding and installation of fabric at site, primary steel in MS including fabrication and erection of structural elements duly painted with two coats of exterior grade enamel paint to approved shade over one coat of exterior grade primer and with Aluminium profiles and fixtures & membrane plates etc as per drawings and designs. By inspecting the premises physically a suitable concept design invited duly considering wind force design as per IS code 875 (part 3) for tensile fabric cloth roof material properties, capacity, bearing resistance, temperature resistance, brand fabrics standard, erection method, steel fabricated structural design with individual numbers, sizes and connection and other work carryout procedures including separate technical specification re considered as one single unit which is to be worked out on square meter basis for floor area of car parking 2.50m x 5.00m (420 Nos) and 3.00m x 5.00 m(31 Nos). The rate shall be inclusive of Supplying and erection of fabricated steel structural with tensile fabric cloth roofing with all, structural members, design, concept, drawing,, technical specification, other stability design, painting , transportations, loading and unloading, scaffolding works etc all complete as directed by the departmental officers. The design shall be vetted by recognized organisation/ institutions. The rate per sq,m of fabricated steel structure with tensile fabric cloth roofing for car parking
