Construction of Carp Brood Bank at Fish farm Nalagarh , Distt Solan (HP). ) (SH:- Repair and renovation of boundary wall around Fish farm )

Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work in all kinds of soil , such as pick work, pick jumper work, jumper work , jumper blasting work, chiseling / wedging out rocks including pumping or bailing out water upto all lifts, stacking the excavated soil in all leads from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimetres) layers when required in to plinth side of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(SAIL, Tata , Jindal Make ) all complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of galvanized steel barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing expanded metal mesh of size 20x60 mm and strands 3.25 mm wide 1.6 mm thick weighing 3.64 kg per sqm for encasing of rolled steel sections in beams, columns and grillages, excluding cost of hangers. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Painting with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Hot rolled deformed bars (SAIL, Tata , Jindal Make ) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete.150 mm dia. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm (Asian,Dulux ,Berger ,Nerolac Indigo Paints.)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
