Outsourcing of services for maintenance and operation of main receiving station HT 33/11 KV/Service center at BB Cantt round the clock for repair rectification of fault developed in 33/11 KV HT over head/ underground line, including up keep/ keep the electrical installation operational and in healthy condition including carrying out all daily,weekly,monthly preventive maitenance as per Indian electricity rules/ Engineering practices as per maufactures guideline, particular specification including keeping proper day to day records of maintinance activities ( to be maintained in log sheets) etc complete with qualified technical staff along with proper tools/ safety devices and T & P including search lights etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Outsourcing of services for attending complaints of street/security lights and recce for fault deduction of LT UG cable/OH conductor etc on all days including sundays and holidays in association with department/electrician internal electric supply complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for covered under area. Outsourcing of services for maint and operation of distribution of water supply in two shift per day by engaging 01 No Valve man per shift, per day ( ie each shift of 08 hrs and total two Shifts per day 0800 to 1600 hrs & 1600 to 2400 hrs including Sunday & holiday) in 216 T/Camp Area & Outside of BB cantt Area . The following routine/preventure measures of equipment/plant as per following:- (i) Maintenance of control valves, replacement of control valves, replacement of gland packing & providing greasing as and when required. (ii) Checking proper dose of cholorination, (iii) Proper maintenance of runningt/maintenance records as directed by Engineer-in-charge, (iv) Cleaning of bleaching doser and connected accessories (v) Cleaning of plants/equipments, plant room and surroundings

Outsourcing of services for maint and operation of repair water supply distribution / rising main pipe line as per complaint received at complaint cell or as per directed by Engineer -in- Charge by deploying 01 No Pipe fitter working in each shift for round the clock per day (ie Each shift of 08 Hrs and total 03 Shift per day) including sunday and holidays for BB cantt complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- For item No 1.00 to 17.00 : The staff emplyed under these items will be responsible to carry out the following jobs as and when required by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Minor repair and preventive maintenance required to ensurethe serviceability and efficiency of complete MRS complex including supply of minor spares. Minor spares will be classified as those spares which are costing less than Rs. 500.00 per item/occasion. (ii) Record of activities such as voltage /current/PF/Energy consumed/temprature of transformers, breakdowns day to day maintenance in the complaint register. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that all Safety Precautions are strictly exercised by the staff employed by him. Adherence to IE Rules and other statuary rules in vogue must also be ensured. The contractors shall be solely responsible for any mishap that occurs due to any fault of the employee are due to non-adherence to the safety norms. (iv) Record of activities of the entire staff employed by the contractor shall be maintained by the contractor on daily basis in a separate register. (v) Duty staff employed by the contractor will attend the faults with in duty permises in 33 KV/11KV substation of BB cantt without additional financial effect. (VI) Contractor has to provide reliever on weekly holiday/ Leave of staff employed by Contractor and the cost of the same deemed to be included. (VII) Contractor has to produce Adhar link bank statement of the manpower deployed at each installtions showing the payment made before producing the RAR to Engr-in-Charge (VIII)The contractor must pay salary to all deployed employees as per policy of Office of the labour comminion Govt of India/J&K Govt/Union Territory whichever is higher.

(ix) In case of requirement, tradesmen provided for one area may be utilised in other areas at the discretion of department, for which contractor shall not have any claim what-so-ever on this account.. (x) Tools and plants and cotton waste required for maintenance shall be supplied by the contractor and cost of same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (xi) The contractor shall supply uniform to their employees for wearing during working hours of shift. The uniform shall be pant and shirt and shall be in blue colour. The pattern of uniform shall be as decided by GE. The quoted rate shall deemed to include this provision. (xii) In case of absence of trademen during any shift, continuously for a period not exceeding 15 minutes, double the quoted rate shall be recovered from the due payments of the contractor. (xiii) Departmental equipments of each installation shall be under safe custody of the contractor, In case of theft/misuse of the equipment, the cost of same shall be recovered from the due payments of contractor. (xiv) If any trademen found under performing, he will be terminated by the direction of GE/Engr-in-Charge.
