Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) n exc. 1.5 Sqm including making good disturbed surfaces.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n. exc 4 Sqm each including making good disturbed surfaces.

Taking down shutters of any description n exc 1 sq. m each and removing to store.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and removing to store.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required for exc half brick but n.exc one brick thick walls.

M&L for Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints supplied and fixed.

M&L for Second class hardwood rail and style 35 mm thick, Factory Made shutters Plain framed (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and supplied and fitted to chowkats.

M&L for Second class hardwood 35 mm thick glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc., without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) and supplied and fitted to chowkats.

M&L for Second class hardwood 30mm thick glazed and skeleton window/vent shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc., with sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b) and supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified.

S&F Solid PVC door Frame of size 50mmX47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying &fixing in opening as per specification & manufacturer's drawing Note:- (i) Existing wall edges will have to be finished properly in cement plaster 1:4 . including fixing of 6 Nos wooden plugs for catch door frame size not exc 17Sqcm average sectional areas and 100mm long. (ii) Frame will have to be fixed to the wooden plugs inserted in wall using 6 Nos of 100mm long MS screw, 3 each on either side. (iii) PCC strip of section 5*5mm will have to be created at bottom incl. smooth finish in each door opening.
