Clause ITT 3.2(b)To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21 to 2024-25) The tenderer should have been Satisfactorily completed at least one Satisfactorily completed at least one Similar work of value not less than Rs.115.00 Lakhs as prime contractor. Clause 3.2(c) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25). Clause 3.2(e) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should have executed building OT works totaling to Rs.65.00 Lakhs in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause 3.2 (e). The valid license & the letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for OT works should be obtained and uploaded in the kpp-portal

Clause 3.2(f) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should have executed building MGPLS works totaling to Rs.32.00 Lakhs in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause 3.2 (f). The valid license & the letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for MGPLS works should be obtained and uploaded in the kpp-portal.

Clause 3.2(d) The tenderer or his identified sub contractor should possess required valid electrical license and letter of willingness of the sub Contractor for executing building electrification works issued by KPWD/ Government electrical Inspectorate and should have executed similar Building electrical works totaling Rs.17.00 Lakhs in any one financial year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause 3.2 (d). The letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for electrical works should be obtained and uploaded in the kpp-portal.

Clause ITT 3.2(a): To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The tenderer should have been achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs.460.00 Lakhs. Note : a) For Clause 3.2 (a) the Turnover certificate and Balance sheet along with UDIN No duly certified by the charted accountant is to be submitted

Clause 3.3(b)Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.69.00 Lakhs (Credit lines / letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.(As per the prescribed format in clause 1.10 of SECTION 3, QUALIFICATION INFORMATION of this document.) as prime Contractor

Clause 3.6 Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated for prime contractor are as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx1.5- B Where A maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 updated to 2025-26 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value, at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 6 months. Note The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent
