Repairing/ overhauling of NGEF make 500 KVA transformers Type: ONTU500/11 HV volts, Volts at HV 11000, Volts at LV 433, Amperes at HV 28.26, Amperes at LV 688.60, Type of cooling: ONAN with following work: Disconnection of11KV HT supply from main panel, reck out the OCB from the transformer panel & open the back side panel and discharge the complete supply.
Drain out the oil by vacuum machine in empty oil drum, cleaning the tank by removing the dirty particle from the transformer tank & dry the transformer coil and core by oil steam.
P/F of top cover gasket i/c finger gasket, buckles joint gasket, silica gel, oil seal HV & LV side & hardware item such as nut bolt washer etc as required.
Repairing the tap changer & proper soldering of lead at the tap changer.
Testing & calibration of BUCKLAZ relay WTI &OTI meters with connection of sensors.
Complete cleaning and chemically washing of oily and muddy transformer body & painting with enamel paints.
Dehydration & filtration of transformer oil & testing the di electrical strength up to 50 KV at gap 2.5 mm for 1 minute.
Supply and filling the new transformer oil.
Testing & commissioning of transformer after complete assembling, testing the HV &LV connections, taking out the result as IR value, magnetic balance, TTR & magnetic current of winding with HI pot machine.
