Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of 12 mm

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Supply and fitting of structural Steel work for shed and erected welded steel built up sections in trusses, trussed beams, rafters, trussed purlins, vertical columns, Tie beam and rafter etc. and horizontal beams including all carriages and fittings spanning up to desired length and up to desired height of M.S Hollow pipes of various sizes 100 mm, 8 No 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 65 x 65 x 6 mm (M.S Angles), Plates (350mm x 350 mm x 20mm) – 08 Nos. on both ends with one end anchored in foundation with anchoring bolts and washers etc confirming to IS 4923/1997: Tie Beam (120mm x 120mm x 6mm) Sections for Sheet Fitting (90mmx90mmx3.6mm) The job included p/f of holding down anchor bolts along with nuts for holding of steel truss. Applying primer coat of red oxide including loading, unloading and all carriages. The job includes design and fixing of 4 feet Gate for entry. Total 2500 KG

S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing & fixing of GI chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50mm x50 mm including strengthening with 4 mm dia wire or nuts and bolts and washers as required nuts including coating of red oxide

Fabrication of foundation bolts out of HT Steel of dia. 25mm by cutting, threading (50mm long) and then bracing by using ISA 50x50x5mm around the bolts by welding.
