Comprehensive maintenance of full bore electromagnetic flow meters having sizes 200 mm dia ( 3 No.) on quarterly basis installed at various locations of Latur WSS including checking / inspection of normal operations for all parameters, carrying out all necessary repairs cropped up during the quarter, including all material, labour, necessary spares, travel charges, taxes & duties , Microcontroller hardware maintenance in warranty excluding theft and physical damage including spare standby etc. complete.

Sensor data monitoring one reading per 10 min. upto 600 SMS alerts, alarms per month, unlimited email alerts alarms.

Microcontroller GSM GPRS charges for 600 SMS / Month and required GPRS

Quarterly visit at work sites online analyser system including transportation & any other charges to inspect for water analyser system installed.

Attending the monthly visit for inspection and maintenance and minor repair for microprocessor based digital wireless indicator such as repairing of master card and such as replacement of burn fuse, level sensor board, remote terminal unit, checking of sensor connector joint, setting and calibration digital level indicator, cleaning of sensor wire, setting of levels as per tank water levels, checking of communication software for link to link communication data with complete work with satisfactory trail.

Supply of display model for transmittor or flow meter.

Supply of kit main PCB for flow meter.

Supply of sensor cable for flow meter.
