Epoxy Grouting and other works on bridges located at 3rd KM in Jasidih (Kalipur) - Deopura road under non plan for the Year 2026-27

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven store height made with 40 mm dia M.S tube 1.5 M centre to centre, horizantal & vertical tubes, joining with Cup and lock system with M.S tube , M.S Challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase sytem in the scaffolding for working plateform etc and maintaning it in a serviceable condition for the requirded duration as approved and removing their after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc where ever required for inspection of work at requied location with essential safety features for the workman etc. Complete as per direction and approval of Engineer - In- Charge. The elevatioanl area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will made once erespective of duration of scaffolding. SOR NO DSR 14.72

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs,beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including clearing the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge. SOR NO DSR 26.28.2

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer - In- Charge. Bars above 12 mm diameters SOR NO DSR 26.29.2

Finishing with Epoxy Paint ( two or more Coats) at on location prepared and applied as per manufactures specifications including appropriate priming coat , preparation of surface etc complete on concrete work SOR NO DSR 13.52

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete SOR NO 17.11

Applying pre-packed cement based polymer mortar of strength 45 Mpa at 28 days for replacement of spalled concrete 25 mm (avg.) thickness in single layer SOR NO 17.10

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers. SOR NO DSR 26.32.2

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy SOR NO 17.04

Sealing of crack/porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1 SOR NO 17.07

Protective coating Apply single coat of Laprime coat followed by two coats Lagreencoat AC entire deck slab and Girder (Silicon based coating with anti carbonation property. Girder areas SOR NO NS / SE, RCD Dumka Lt No - 227 Dt - 5.5.25
