PROVISION OF BOREWELL AND RECHARGING PIT FOR KIRTI ENCLAVE SUMP

M&L for carryout hydrological investigation for water supply/feasibility report of three location by the contractor near Kirti pump house , including provision of all material ,labour,tools,and equipment . Work to be executed through the state ground water board or a government- approved agency. The scope includes:- (a) Conducting scientific surveys and borehole analysis to assess maximum underground water yield. (b) Submision of a detailed hydrological report indicating aquifer data, water table depth ,yield test results, and site recommendations. (c) Marking of map and at site the best location for borewell installation, based on investigation results. All work to be completed before commencement of bore well drilling and strickly as directed by the engr-in-charge.

M&L for Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone /boulder etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Note:- Each trail of bore will be measured.)

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming-up upto 200/250 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 200 mm dia and diagonal thickness 8 mm and pea gravel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for fixing of MS reducer , bail plug , well cap,MS strip for centring ,MS iron clamp,electric logging and sample strata box including 100 mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate around the borewell minimum 2 m radious complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for development of one tubewell with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for conducting a yield test of the borewell by continous pumping for a period of 3 (three) hours in order to determine the safe yield/discharge of the borewell. The test shall be conducted strictly as per standard procedure and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lowering high density polyethylene pipe HDPE of pressure rating 16 kg/ sqcm lowering into borewell as column pipe etc. of size 40 mm nominal dia , ISI Marked including fixing of necessary SS nipple on both side for fixing of submersible pump and existing water pipe line with flanged and bolts & nuts required at site etc. complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix PVC insulated & sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors, flat three core of nominal area of conductor 2.5 sqmm,1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , Laying , testing and commisioning Submersible pump , electric driven 415 V ,Three phase suitable for 200 mm dia borewell (casing pipe size 200 mm ) , discharge minimum 2 LPS at a head of 100-120 Mtr ( Motor capacity should not be less than 3 HP) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches laying of cables, poles and stay and type of hard/dence soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out.
