Dismantling of Leaky weathering coarse materials and disposing the debris excluding erection of scaffolding and proper centering for the safety of labours etc., complete as per std. specification and as per the direction of dept. officials.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Repointing with Cement Mortar 1:3 to Full Depth of Tiles (Marble Slabs, Pressed Tiles, Ornamental Tiles) , etc., complete complying as per the standard specifications

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling Crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five Crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. -Mixing by manual means

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 using best quality Burnt Clay brick of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 12.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Crushed stone sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Rectification of beams, columns and slabs by dismantling and chipping the distressed portico clearing of reinforcement with wire brush and by sand blasting, clearing and water washing applying corrosion inhibitor coating at the rate of 1.20 Kg/m2 over the affected surface as per the specification given by the manufacturing guniting with C.M 1:3 (one cement and three P-sand) to an average thickness of 40 mm under pressure and finished neatly including hire charges for all tools & plants labour, fuel charges including all leads for portable water including curing for 7 days and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 40mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 using lime stone and Crushed stone sand - 10 Cu.m (For Non-Structural works only)

Paving the floor with best quality vitrified Tiles of following size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with ceramic Matt finish tiles of following size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and filling the tile joint with epoxy grout with following specification: Surface preparation including cleaning the joint to be free from dust and loose particles. Providing masking tape on either side of the tile joint edges and providing sealing the tile gap with epoxy tile joint grout and finishing neatly and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Leakying and damaged Expansion Joint surface for clearing thoroughly with water and removing any loose plaster, flakes, fungus growth etc., by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and washing with adequate water to get and absolutely cleaned surface to take up further treatment Dr.fixit pidicrete multi proof Acrylic polymer with cement and fine P-Sand mix ratio 1:2:4 to fill the grooves and surface cracks. Over that fill up with sika flex polyurethane sealant 900% elongation to the all joints up to 25 mm width and depth etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone Crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Renewing the damaged beading with new PVC trim wall corner beading of best and approved quality including labour charges for fixing in position etc Complete.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Servicing and Repairing of Existing Wooden partly glazed and partly panelled windows of size 1.95mx1.95m for the following specification. The window leaves 4 Nos are available each windows glass available for 2 Nos of glass size is 0.25mx0.25m totally 8 No of glass and window top ventilator weldmesh portion 0.37mx0.55m - 2Nos and middle ventilator portion 0.93mx0.55m are changed with 4mm thick glass using 15x12mm thick teak wood oridinary beading, 25x12mm thick teak wood ordinary beading with necessary screws and nails and also window leaves damaged frames to be changed with new teak wood frame of size 0.07x0.04m x1.24m - 2Nos and 0.37x0.07x0.04 - 5 Nos with necessary lubbam etc., The windows all furniture fittings are changed with new aluminium 75mmx30mm stainless steel hinges - 8 Nos , 100mm long and 10mm dia Tower Bolt - 8 Nos and 100mm long handle - 4 Nos, Stainless steel stay hooks ( 6") - 4 Nos with necessary screws and nails and wherever required raw materials and doors shutters are easing with 4 sides for easily close and open them etc., complete. Servicing and Repairing of Existing Wooden panelled / Flush Door shutters of size 1.00mx2.05m for the following specification. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position of RCC Jally of 5cm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm machine crushed stone jelly (excluding cost of reinforcement steel) including cost of mould, finishing, curing, lifting, fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distempering the Two Coats of approved quality including preparation of surface, the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding arrangements, neat finishes, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with One finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars,balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3 km (entirely within city limit) including loading un-loading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc.,complete.
