Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors to receive finish, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premium double charge matte finish vitrified tiles 9-10 mm thick (area of each tiles n exc 2.20 sqm each) as in floors, fixed with 5 mm thick spacers; set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and pointed with epoxy tile grout filling of approved make and colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured ceramic tiles for steps, risers and skirting in single piece of size 300 x 1200 mm for steps and 200 x 1200 mm for risers including 600 x 1200 mm of matching tile for landings of 9-10 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for endura joint free coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick (area of each tiles n exc 0.18 sqm each) as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605x605 mm using 24 x 38 x 0.50mm (composite thickness) tee (bottom pre-coated) and 24 x 24 x 0.50mm (composite thickness) wall angle including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete as per manufacturers instruction as in ceiling including dismantling of old wall and ceiling boards of any description fixed in any position, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete alll as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including doors, gates, framed trusses etc complete all as specified and directed.
