Supply , erection and testing of maintenance free chemical earthing by auguring & installation of copper bonded rod of dia 20 mm , length 3m , made of low carbon high tensile steel with copper plating (250+ microns) for preventing external corrosion, top end connected with copper plated welded bus bar terminal of dimension 150mm x 50mm x 6 mm complete conforming to IS : 3043 - 1987 and filling with back fill compound, carbon based, high conductive 'Conductolite' with resistivity < 0.5 ohm-metre (In dry conditions) & resistivity non-moisture dependant,pH Value : 8.0 - 9.0, electronic & ionic conduction, less susceptible to shrinkage,with hygroscopic & corrosion resistive properties and covering with heavy duty polyplastic earth pit chamber cover complete all as specified and directed Make : M/s Ashlok Safe Earthing Electrode Limited or any make as approved by GE.

Labour Charges for removal of old earthing complete including GI Strip , GI Earth Plate including demolition and removal of chambers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective item

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for laying pipes and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT feeder pillar box in replacement , CPRI Approved , factory fabricated, powder coat painted having thickness not less than 100 microns . The doors shall be provided with suitable gasket and latch, including necessary PCC foundation for erecting the panel board. Feeder pillar shall be suitable to accommodate the following as specified and as directed.:- OUTER SHELL : The outer shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet &MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front & back open able, double door system lockable/open able by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate of thickness 3.15 mm powder coated having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. INNER SHELL : inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front & back open able single door system lockable / open able by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks (2 Nos in each compartment),having louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made on non hygroscopic, non combustible , track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not more than 500mm throughout the length of the TPN bus bar for the following panels:-
