Terms and conditions:- Preventive maintenance: 1 To visit and check the machines once every 90 days to carry out the servicing of units. 2 To attend to any routine service, including preventing and remedial services. 3 To attend all breakdown calls 24/7. 4 To attend and rectify the problems even if the same may require 24 hour working on site. 5 To carry out cleaning up of units & air filters. 6 To check proper functioning of controllers. 7 To check all electrical components for loose connections and tightening if necessary. 8 To check temperature reading. 9 Checking and looging of AMPS Fan Motor, blower , compressure. 10 Ensure drain is not clogged. 11 Check units for undue vibrations. 12 Monitoring of units in operations , note any unusual noise or vibration. 13 Verify the efficient working of compressor, carry out repairs and replacement whenever required. 14 Verify units operations for proper suction & discharge.

Breakdown Maintenance:- 1 This is to be carried out in the event of malfunctions, which prevent the operation of the equipment. 2 Work to be carried out during the services coverage time as per the agreement. 3 Breakdown Maintenance includes fault finding, repair of replacement of defective parts and functional checking. Service Level Agreement:- 1 Guaranteed 2-4 hour on the on-site response, 7days/week, 24 hours/day. 2 Includes 100% parts coverage & unlimited break Down calls. 3 Includes 100% labor and travel coverage 7 days/week, 24 hours/day. 4 Performed by trained Engineers/Technicians. 5 Includes Four pre-scheduled Quarterly preventive maintenance Service. SAPARES & MATERIAL : Defective parts discovered during maintenance can either be repaired or repalced by new or as new parts. Spares replaced will be either of the same make or equivalent. Engineer in charge shall decide whether defective parts are to be repalced or repaired. Parts removed shall be property of JVVNL.

Preventive Maintenance Services:- 1 Cleaning up of units, Air filters, cooling coil & condenser coil, (if required with water). 2 Cleaning of humidifiers bottle, electrodes, water supply strainer and drain inside the machines. 3 Checking up of operation of unit, controller & condenser. 4 Combing of fine of condenser & Evaporator coil if necessery. 5 Measurement of current of various components. 6 Checking of all the overhead relay settings. 7 Checking of all electrical components for loose connections and tightening if necessary. 8 Checking of refrigeration piping for any gas leakages. 9 Checking of referigeration system and pressure readings. 10 Checking of motor mounts, condenser fan mounts etc. 11 Checking of panel insulation. 12 Checking of temperature readings. 13 Checking of Microprocessor controllers for operations.
