Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 M in width and 1.5 m in deep for laying of pipes and getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 M in width and 1.5 m in deep for laying of pipes and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point . complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M&L for providing crushed stone sand cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified.Note :- Quantity of Sand will be measured after punning down.complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” LV type1 flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Taking down GI pipe laying in trenches for UG cable protection of any sizes pipe complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor pipes GI light grade of size 80 mm with and including all fittings and accessoriescomplete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor pipes GI light grade of size 40 mm with and including all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and and directed for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Taking down any sizes of of LT UG cable XLPE with aluminum conductor multistranded , PVC insulated and PVC sheeted heavy duty 1100 Volts grade under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated armored, heavy duty electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 Core. complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Supply and lay of LT UG cable XLPE with aluminum conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade in armored, heavy duty electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 Core.

Supply and lay of LT UG cable XLPE with aluminum conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade in armored, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 25 sq mm 3.5 Core.

Supply and lay of LT UG cable XLPE with aluminum conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade in armored, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 35 sq mm 3.5 Core.complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Supply and lay of LT UG cable XLPE with aluminum conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade in armored, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 70 sq mm 3.5 Core. complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Taking down any type any breaking capacity MCCB complete all as specified and as directed as Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 1100V (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 50x60 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying GI tube , for passing through LT cable, returning filling & well rammaing watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:1.5:3; including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M & L for maintenance free chemical Gel based earthing, Pipe in Pipe type having 80 mm dia 3 mtr long GI pipe(Wall thickness of 3.2 mm) 50 Kg back fill compound all as required at site including testing on completion and taking down of old earthing all as directed by Engr in-Charge Note : (a) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 1.0 Ohms on testing after completion. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M & L in repairs for Copper Strip of size 20 x3 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Demolation of Cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above) ground level including removal complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Supply, Laying, connecting & testing of 95 Sqmm 11 KV Earthed HT UG XLPE Insulated cable with aluminum conductor multistranded grade in treches including lugs and cable glands of appropriate size all as specified and as directed including taking down of old UNSV Cables complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M& L for Disconnecting earthing , Cable of suitable size from falsh over cable termination compartement and foundation bolts or any arrngement for taking out HT VCB (one incoming and one out going ) HT 11 KV from Kalina Camp/LOS/SNCOs mess for Servicing /minor reapir and after Servicing, braker should be reconnected in all respect at Kalina area/LOS/SNCOs Mess , connect the the braker all as per existing arrangement and restore the supply .complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M & L for testing of 160KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test and ratio test and trasformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certifcate after testing

M & L for testing of 200KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test and ratio test and trasformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certifcate after testing

M & L for testing of 500KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test and ratio test and trasformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certifcate after testing

Equipment labour for filtration of transformer oil as in topping up by filtartion plant to remove moistrure and carbon contentents to achive dielectric strength of oil up to 50KV in 4mm gap and producing test result on recordes before and after filtartion and including Disconnecting the HT and LT cables and cleaning the bus bar surfaces and reconnecting the cables by providing copper washers, bolts, nuts etc all as dirctected by Engineer in Charge Note - Oil required for topping up while for filtaration will issued under respective item of Sch A .

Supply only transformer oil to be incorporated in item no 15 above IS -335 and all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of transformer 11KV/415 Volt up to 500 KVA , including removing of any oil spillage, and applying two coat of anti corrosive paint of shade as per existing all as directed by Engineer in charge

M & L For taking out Unsv LV bushings and replacing LV Bushings with copper/brass stud complete with rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts all for 11KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 100 KVA to 500 KVA.complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M & L For taking out Unsv HV 11 KV bushings and replacing HV 11 KV Bushings with copper/brass stud complete with rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts all for 11KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 100 KVA to 500 KVA.complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Supply & Fix in Replacement Silica Gel Breather with silica gel for 11 KV Transformer of Rating from 160 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

Disconnecting the existing HT/LT cable from transformer terminal and taking down Transformer of 100KVA TO 500 KVA capacity from position and shift to new location on pole/ PCC platform including reconnection of existing HT/LT cable connection incl transportation distance not Exc 2500 meters of capacity up to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M&L for & rewinding of HT coil with same gauge & same material of exsisting coil with similar class of exsisting insulation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for removing the LT coil from core carefully &re-insulation of LT coil with same class of insulation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge cap complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M& L for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from HT/LT sides of the transformer keeping them at safe side and taking out the transformer indoor type 500/400 KVA, 11/0.433KV step down/step up any make carrying out complete overhauling which shall complete of the following :- (a) M & L for lifting transporting handling,the transformer to workshop and opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts,washers etc including disconnecting core assy from HT/LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/body) of the transformer. (b) M&L for draining out transformer oil from the above said transformer in the suitable capacity of container/drums and keeping it in safe custody for reuse. (c) M&L for cleaning of the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles etc from the bottom/body of the transformer and drying/heating up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil. (d) Cleaning/washing through core and windings of the tansformer by hosing down with clean dry oil conforming IS 335/983,removing deposited dirt sludge/foreign particles from the windings/core and revarnishing of the windings with super varnish including heating/drying/packing complete carefully and throughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtained required value of insulation resistance etc all as per IS and directed by Engr-in-charge (e) Lifting and refixing core assy inside the transformer shell gently and carefully,connecting of HT/LT/Neutral connections to the bushings assy,fixing of the tap change over incl tightenting of nut,bolts,washers of the core to reduce humming noise all as directed.

(g) Refixing the top cover incl replacement of corck sheet/gasket ,tightenting of nut bolt,washers etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (h) Lifting/shifting to the place from where removed and reinstalling the transformer including connecting HT/LT/Neutral/Earthing connections etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Any damage to insulator/bushes/windings etc while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt.The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) The job taken for repair/overhauling should be complete with in 15 days from the date of handing over the individual transformer,failing which necessary arrangement to be made by the contractor at no extra cost. (iii) Rewinding / re-insulation of winding of HT/LT coil will be paid seperately under relavant item of sch.

All as per item above but 11/0.433 KV step down/Step up transformer 150 KVA to 250 KVA com complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.

M& L for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from HT/LT sides of the transformer keeping them at safe side and taking out the transformer indoor type 150 TO 250 KVA, 11/0.433KV step down/step up any make carrying out complete overhauling which shall complete of the following :- (a) M & L for lifting transporting handling,the transformer to workshop and opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts,washers etc including disconnecting core assy from HT/LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/body) of the transformer. (b) M&L for draining out transformer oil from the above said transformer in the suitable capacity of container/drums and keeping it in safe custody for reuse.
