Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling quarry dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Reinforced Cement concrete1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete. with the requierments of IS 383-2016. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the exces usage of materials as per design mix.)RCC 1:1.5:3 4.5m to 7.32m above GL (SI No 74)P-37

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Fabrication supply and erection of tubuler post , truss and purlin with required size of members,the rate shall be include the tubuler post,truss members and labour charges for manufacuring and erection and painting etc.,complete as per departmental officers.

Roofing with galvanised courugated iron sheet with galvanised sheet 0.8mm thick, including 0.15cm lapping the materials should be of PPGItile profile with colour or any other approved design0.47mm thick 24gauge having width 1050mm.the sheet should be G.I. base prepainted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with self tapping screws,plastic washer , the washer and screws to be fixed by using mini power driller machine drilled without damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z120GSM paint thickness the finish should be terracotta finish like malabar ,mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish,the sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet into the required size and making ornamental

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.msl.no87 p-62

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS: 694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe of 1.8mm thick with ISI mark concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall including the cost of cable, pvc pipe and specials, ceiling rose, flush type 5ams SP mark switch, PVC junction box, 16gauge MS switch box 100mm x 100mm x 75mm covered by laminated hylem sheet 3mm thick, cement, labour and making good of concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed point. Supply and run off 2 of 4sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS:694/1990 with continious earth connection by means of 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable confirming to IS:694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe 1.8mm thick concealed in wall for mains including the cost of PVC pipes and specials, cables, cement, brass screws, T.W plugs, saddles and labour etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departemental officers. Supply and fixing of 6A / 16 A 3 Pin combined flush type wall socket with 15A flush type switch concealed in suitable MS Box in flush with wall and covered with 3 mm thick hylem sheet(SD 138)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4' 20W Led tube fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW roundblocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD87)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48")sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with the existing down rod on the existing clamps. (SD 110)M-1337

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all cost such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc, complete as per standard specification.
