Repair to 20000 GPH x 250 meter head HC pump set alongwith allied works at pumping station Dibber by way of disconnecting electrical connections of pumping unit, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening pump from foundation, opening side covers of motor and shifting the same to workshop . Dismantling of pump, extraction of damaged tie rods, shaft, impellers, bearings and diffuser etc. Providing, fabrication and fitting of new pump shaft as per sample. Providing, fabrication and fitting of new impeller 02 nos., fabrication /fitting of neck rings 2 nos., diffusers 1no., shaft protection sleeve 2nos. with check nut 2nos. Job further includes repairs to motor covers by way of providing, fabrication and fitting of bearing house alongwith side cover plate. Assembling the pump and shifting the side covers to site. Installing the pumping unit on foundation frame. Complete job includes Testing the pump set on load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate on old parts, if any, should be quoted separately.
