M&L Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil

M&L Plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built inbuilt in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete external surfaces in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Preparation new plaster surfaces and apply two coats of cement based paint over a coat of appropriate primer all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes ( or similar hoels ) each not exc 0.5 cum getting out, returining, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, wind ties, etc.; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hopping for column,hooking ends and binding with and including MS annealed wire 0.9mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing any size or type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and shape and type of any standard rails, straning bolts etc including provison of binding wire etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of shank 11 to 15mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10 cm and not exc 15 cm long

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material of soil exc. 250 m but not exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions and similar work; vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing RCC in B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, including rafts, footing , foundation beams , plinth bems, beses of columns etc, basement slab and mass concret complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing RCC in B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe 290 (Gde E-165) all as specified and directed

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed
