Cleaning of blocked water closet of any type/Gully trap/ Floor trap of bathroom / Kitchen / wash basin upto 1st manhole complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Collection of complaint slip from complaint cell of AGE B/R I office and the complaint shall be attended within 24 hours of detailment. (b) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burying the waste / sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor of any description including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete

Demolition of cement concrete of any description / any position not otherwise specifically provided

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description / in any position

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc, and getting out in hard/ dense soil

All as per item No.5 above but exceeding 1.5m depth and not exceeding 3.0m depth.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for benching in manholes all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates , etc including necessary form work, all as specified and as directed

M&L Precast cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slab , set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirlly for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel 0.9mm dia annealed wire all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Puncturing 150mm dia SWG pipes for clearing the blockage and sealing with piece of pipe and concreting aroun the pipe including necessary earth work excavtions etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl.item 15 above but for 200mm dia pipes

Taking down plaster of any type of description on brick walls including racking out joints, haunching for key scrubbing down in water inside manhole including taking out manholes cover and replacing after the work is completed etc., all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain SWG or AC or reinforced concrete pipe set in cement mortar for 100mm dia including PCC bed and haunching etc., all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain SWG or AC or reinforced concrete pipe set in cement mortar for 150mm dia including PCC bed and haunching etc., all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of septic tank including bailing out water, wit mechanical equipment from it and removing sludge and blockages from inlet and outlet of sewer lines including taking out the excavated sludge and carting away the same to a distance far away from residential/ office area and cover the same with fresh earth and recommissioning the septic tank including site clearance to a distance of 3 metre around septic tank complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity :-

For septic tank of 25 users capacity.

For septic tank of 50 users capacity.

For septic tank of 100 users capacity.

For septic tank of 250 users capacity.

For septic tank of 500 users capacity.

Cleaning of sewage sump of any depth by dewatering and removal of sludge by honey shoker machine (Mechanicl equipment) and application of lime wash inside the sump surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Bailing out sewage water, cleaning & removing silt/ sludge, mud, vegetation and foreign materials etc.,with mechanical means from Oxidation pond of size 134m x 45m bottom size of tank, 136mx47m top size of tank and 2.5m depth of tank including cutting of bushes, vegetation shrubs, brushwood, under growth etc., upto roots on slanting portion of oxidation pond and removal of silt/ sludge, mud, bushes etc., from the defence premises to a distance exceeding 1000m and not exceeding 1500m and disposed off all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Cutting of bushes, vegetation, shrubs, brush wood, under growth etc. up to roots all-round 4m in width from the edges of existing Oxidation ponds, including surface dressing all as specified & directed

Cleaning of collection chamber of Oxidation pond and setting chamber including bailing out water, removing sludge, mud, stone and foreign materials etc., to a distance 1000m away from the residential area (i.e.) outside the defence premises all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Racking out joints and pointing with flush pointing to existing concrete slabs as in flooring/ pitching of any description laid in slope using cement Mortor 1:4 complete all as specified & directed

Cleaning, removing, deposited sludge, blockage from manholes, taking out the excavated sludge, clean the manholes neatly and carting away the same far away from buildings/ living area and deposit at low lying area/ ditches and cover with fresh earth on top complete all as specified & directed, for the following

For manholes upto 0.45 Metre deep from invert to top of manhole cover.

For manholes exceeding 0.45 Metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 Metre deep from invert to top of manhole cover.

For manholes exceeding 1.5 Metre deep to any depth with mechanical equipment.

Rodding the sewage line with Jet rodding machine by Mechanical means with pressure Jet pump of 100mm dia. between manholes and gully trap / two adjoining manholes any depth and removing all foreign materials and sludge from the pipe line and making sewage line functional complete all as specified & directed

All as per item No.46 above but for 150mm dia pipe

All as per item No.46 above but for pipes exceeding 150mm dia and not exceeding 250mm dia.

S&F in repairs PVC grating 100mm dia and fixing/ jointing with white cement complete all as specified & directed

S&F in repairs 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed complete to walls all as specified & directed

S&F in repairs 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed complete to walls all as specified & directed

S&F in repair 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius

M&L for cleaning of static water tank of capacity 15000 gallon each by pumping out water using pumping set/ submersible pump and scraping wall surface inside, bleaching resudual, sedimets, sand, slushy mud, fungus scaling etc with the help of wire brush steel patti, broom and jute bags from the bottom and walls of SWT and taking out the residual with the of buckets and rope and throwing the same at a distance not less than 100 metre away from the SWT. Cleanig/Washing inside the SWT with detergent powder and cleaning the sump with fresh water two times and applying two coats of white lime wash inside bottom and walls of SWT, complete including necessary tools and palnt etc.., as required all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: All sewage cleaning work in the subject work should be done through mechanical equpment only. Involving manpower direct contact to sewage is strictly prohibited as per Govrnment laws.
