Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of stainless steel 304 Pipe of 25 mm bore thickness 12 SWG (For MBBR tank) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Stainless steel pipes shall be used inside MBBR chamber & equalisation tank for supplying air. For outside the tank, all pipe shall be MS Pipe.

(ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Notes for serial item No. 51.00, 53.00, 55.00, 57.00 & 59.00 of Schedule ‘A’ Section-VI :- After opening of Financial Bid, if it is found out that quoted rates in respect of serial item No. 51.00, 53.00, 55.00, 57.00 & 59.00 of Schedule ‘A’ Section-VI are below the existing minimum labour wages rates of skilled labour for FGM and unkilled labour for Helper as prescribed by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher for Class 'B' City including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, GST, Labour welfare cess etc as applicable on the bid submission end date, then Accepting officer at his sole discretion, has the right to reject the quoted bid and the same shall be treated as “Non-Bonafide”. In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by lowest amount amongst valid bonafide bids for acceptance. However contractor is also responsible to pay increased minimum wages, even as notified during currency of the work by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher without any extra cost to the government.

Providing outsourcing of services for comprehensive , maintenance and operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 0.50 MLD installation at Longewala Pocket MAP Phase-II (For 335 days) with one FGM (operator) and one Helper per shift for STP Plant in three shifts (each shift of 8 hours) all as specified and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply only sodium hypo chloride solution IS-11673 Grade-II to be incorporated under serial item No. 51.00 here-in-before for disinfection of treated water all as directed and approved by GE. Note : Sodium Hypo Chloride solution shall be confirming to IS-11673-1992 and shall be supplied in containers of brand name “SIEL” or equivalent approved by the GE. The contractor shall produce test certificates of the sodium hypo chloride solution issued by the factory / Govt district food inspection laboratory ascertaining the presence of the chlorine percentage 6% in the consignment. In addition independent testing for the material supplied shall be got done by the Engineer-in-Charge to verify and check the quality of material.
