M&L cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in support of CI pipes, foundation and hardstanding finishing even and fair without using extra cement all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc 150 m but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed all as specified.

S&F sluice valves flanged end, cast iron body, flanged and drilled and non rising type stainless steel spindle with nut, long body, class P N 1.6, confirming to IS 14846 of 2000 for following sizes including all flange joint with rubber or fiber board, bolts, nuts and washers complete including pumping out accumulated water all as specified and directed of following size :-

Construction of brick masonery valve chamber in repair of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 m (internal dimension) (above GL 0.30 mtr) suitable for fixing of sluice valves, 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 15cm thick hardcore of broken stone, 23cm thick brick walls built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3, 15mm thick, finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 5 mm thick plate cover on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1coping, having rectangular, hinged, opening of size 150 x 100mm with locking arrangements ,hold fasts, etc, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing , Spigot and socket 150mm dia ductile Iron water tubing having cement mortar lining on inner surface and one coat of bituminous paint over exposed surface ISI marked, IS No.8329:2000, Class K-9 laid on wall/roof/floor/trenches with proper allignment as per site requirement and carryout testing against leakage before filling the trenches etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing , Spigot and socket 100mm dia ductile Iron water tubing having cement mortar lining on inner surface and one coat of bituminous paint over exposed surface ISI marked, IS No.8329:2000, Class K-9 laid on wall/roof/floor/trenches with proper allignment as per site requirement and carryout testing against leakage before filling the trenches etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply , fixing , jointing , ductile iron fittings (DI Special) of size 150/100mm dia confirming to IS 9523 such as Bends, Cap flanges, Collars, Tees, Tail pieces, Elbows, Tappers and Reducers etc as per site requirement . Note . The DI specials shall be of minimum Class K-12 and from same manufacturers of DI Pipe.

Supply, fixing , ISI marked PUSH -ON JOINTS(Rubber Ring) of EPDM material confirming to IS 672:1999 and 1646 :1992, Suitable for DI Pipe of 150mm nominal diameter including testing against leakage all as specified and directed at sit.

Supply and fix, gun metal gate valve 80mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including fittings i.e. union, socket etc complete all as specified.

Supply, install, testing, commissing monoblock pump set of capacity 11KW/15 HP,suction 100 mm and delivery 100 mm at 2900 RPM,28 LPS,30 M head. Note: Rate quoted includes neccessary foundation and cable from Pump set to starter .

Supply and fix Foot Valve confirming to IS 4038, 100 mm (4”) dia. PN 1.6,Cast Iron body - IS210, FG200 (min) / GG25 Nitrile Rubber Coated.

Supply and fix Non return valve of dia 100 mm confirming PN 1.6 ,Cast Iron body IS210, FG200 (min) / GG25, ball Nitrile Rubbercoated.

10.Supply and fix 3 phase star delta starter suitable for 15 HP/11 KW current range 13-22 Amp.

Supply and lay MS Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings of 100 mm dia etc.
