CCSU Work

Steel work in G.I. Sheet above trusses & built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing M.S. Wire Mesh of size 25x25 mm made of M.S. wire of dia 3 mm including fixing on M.S. frame by welding, nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge on window outer side of building upto 6th floor.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 x 120 mm double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for r.c.c. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade fe-500D or more.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Supplying of Hydra Machine for fixing of M.S. wire frame on window outer side of building from 1st floor to 6th floor.
