Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contract value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

All necessary arrangements shall be made and precaution taken to prevent completely or partially, damage to the structure or labours / employees during construction period. (As per recent Labour Act) Contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage to the structure during the construction and maintainance period.Any damage caused due to any reasons shall be rectified / replaced at his own cost as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Nothing shall be payable by the Department on account of inclusive of all such arrangements/ precautions work needed.

Tenderer shall obtain the Work Done Certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer( District Level Officer), scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the tender. The Original Certificate shall be produced at the time of opening of Technical Bids for physical verification

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards labour welfare fund.

The employer reserves the rights to Reject one or all Tenders without assigning any reasons.

The Item Rates quoted shall include cost of Royalty charges on constructive materials

The awarded Contractor has to Submit his bills through e-MB for payment.( Billing is through e-Mb ie: Contractor has to produce Soft copy and hard Copy of RA or Final bill for payments)

3.2(a) To qualify for award of this contract,each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e From 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.0.92 lakhs

3.2(b) To qualify for award of this contract,each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e From 2021-22 to 2025-26 Mandating satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than Rs.0.46 Lakhs.

EMD of Rs.2300.00 should be paid in Single Payment

Contractors registered under class-1 and 2 may tender for works anywhere in the state.Contactors registered under class-3 may tender for works within the districts of the PWD circles where in they are registered. Contactors registered under-4 may tender for works within the districts or within the division whichever is applicable

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal

The contractor must provide barricades, precautionary boards and safety measures at the work site.

Department will not supply any materials.

The item rates are excluding GST but inclusive of all other charges.

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately.

The Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delays as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

Any Deviation or error or Mistakes found in units of items they should be read as in the unified SR 2023-24 and Continued to 2024-25 the rates shall be quoted accordingly

Tender period for work completion 02 Calendar Months (including monsoon period)

The tenderer should adhere to the points mentioned in (a) to (f) and 1 to 12 in page no-135 to page no-138 of volume no-1 Common PWD Schedule of Rates 2023-24

The company should be empanelled with MORTH or NHAI for highway related activities viz. NSV survey consultant.

The bidder should have experience of at least Km ( 50% length to be surveyed) land plan survey with revenue authentication, using LiDAR technology for Government of Karnataka, State Highway projects in past. ( For startup with valid DIIP certificate, experience not mandatory).

The bidder should have experience of at least 2.30.00 Km land plan survey with revenue authentication, using LiDAR technology for Government of Karnataka, State Highway projects in past 5 years.
