Material and labour for DI tubing 150 mm dia K9 type with suitable pressure bearing capacity , with all fittings, connecting with joints ,providing leak proof joints with jointing materials , laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge. Make- JINDAL/SWASTIK/Surya prakash Note- Contractor to check site conditions before executing the works in advance.

Returing filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chambers of size 900 X 900 X 900 mm (external dimensions) as under provided with 10 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation over 15 cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick internal plaster including top of floor, externally upto 150 mm below GL in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 3.00 mm thick MS sheet cover with 40 X 40 X 6 mm MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 50 mm thick coping with 25 X 6 mm flat iron hold fasts, hinges, handles, locking arrangements and applying 2 coats of syntheric enamel paint over acoat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces and 3 coats of white wash to internal surfaces of chamber including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

All material shall be of same make and application shall be according to manufactudrer's instrusctions. over cold solvent Bituminous primer @ 0.25 ltrs/Sqm incluading a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.110 Kgs/Sqm over felt. Application of polymeric membarane shall be by LPG gas torching ETC as per manufacturing instruction and complete all as specified as directed. Note : Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc and match with the existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board/out-let boxes, light fitting, fixture and fittings such as MCB DB with MCB, wooden board, sheet metal enclosure with plug top and MCB etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down starter any type and depositing it in Mes store after dismantling all accesseries all as per required and directed by Engr In chrge.
