Site development and testing of safe bearing capacity of soil for the construction of Water Treatment Plant at Gaura as required at site such as cutting, levelling, Excavation within all lead and lifts as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

C/O 1 No. RCC Over Head Raw water Sump Well for treatment plant of capacity 7.36 MLD water with 1 hour detention period with all inlet, outlet and scouring arrangements as per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

C/O 1 No RCC Pre settling tank with Tube Settler arrangement capable of treating 7.36 MLD water with 2 hours detention period with all inlet, outlet and scouring arrangements as per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

C/O 1 No. RCC Parshall flume having throat thickness of 150mm as per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

C/O 1 No. RCC Baffled mixing channel as per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

C/O 1 No. RCC Flax mixiture having motorised mixing arrangement as per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

C/O 1 No. RCC clari-flocculator for treating Raw water 7.36 MLD comprising of chemical house . The mixing arrangement shall be inside the covered area. For Alum and bleaching mixing tank with motorised stainless steel steer system shall be provided in each tank complete in all respect. The RCC Flocculator with mechanical flocculation arrangement as per latest CPHEEEO mannual of water supply and treatment with proper outlet inlet and sludge removing arrangement complet in all respect including all accessories and valves etc. The mechanical accessories shall be of reputed make and should be got approved from department before installing.

C/O RCC Filter House having Rapid sand filter for treating water of 7.36 MLD with provision for under drain system consisting of feeder and lateral of perforated PVC pipes, filter media, wash water through pump set including providing installation and testing complete including the provision of RCC back wash tank whose capacity shall not be less than 2% of total filtered water. The accessories and GI/MSERW connection shall be included for back wash arrangement. The back wash pump & motor shall be of reputed make. In addition to back wash arrangement the air wash arrangement with reputed make equipment and accessories shall be provided. The filter beds shall be of RCC. The floor finish of filter house including operation floor shall be of terrzao type. The conduit internal wiring shall be provided in RCC construction and CTS/ PVC wiring on masonary work . The provision of loss of head indicator rate of flow meter of required range and reputed make are included. The entire electric installation including earthing connection to motor shall be executed as per Indian Electricty Rule and HPSEB Rule. The contractor shall arrange the test report. The filter media should be as per latest CPHEEO mannual of water supply and treatment and testED from Institute like IIT/NIT/PEC.

C/O 1 No. RCC Covered clear water tank having Dome slab of 2.46 ML capacity with the provision of inlet outlet to existing system overflow scouring arrangement including vent pipe, foot steps, sluice valves and accessories etc complete in all respect per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing of chlorination system with auto dozing chlorinator using gaseous chlorine duly house in steel fabricated covered chambercomplete in all respect s per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

C/O 1 No RCC double storeyed Laboratory/office of approximate 40m2 to house the laboratory and office complete having arrangement of toilet, electrical, sanitary fitting, complete in all respect as per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge. The lab equipment and chemicals shall be supplied by the contractor/firm as per NIT/CPHEEO mannual.

Providing and fixing inter connecting pipes, over flow pipes, scour pipes valves and all allied accessories from existing raw water tank to over head raw water sump well to clear water tank complete in all respect as per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.

C/O Inspection paths for different units and providing and fixing railing. C/O Retaing wall in plum concrete as per site requirement. P/Laying of interlock tiles and lighting arrangement i/c flood lights in the treatment plant complete in all respect as per design requirement and site conditions and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.
