Preparation of Review Mining Plan with Progressive Mine Closure Plan (PMCP) of Panchpatmali South Block Bauxite Mine of NALCO for the period 2024-25 to 2028-29 and obtaining approval from IBM, Bhubaneswar on or before dt. 31.03.2024.

Amount

a) Submission with formal acceptance of 1st Draft Review Mine plan & PMCP along with Texts and Digitised Maps (no. of sets as required by IBM) at IBM office, Bhubaneswar within 60 days of placement of LOI/Work Order or before 30.09.2023 whichever is earlier. b) Submission with formal acceptance of Draft Review of Mine Plan & PMCP along with Texts and digitized Maps (no. of sets as required by IBM) as per time frame given by IBM after complying to all scrutiny points given by IBM post their site inspection.

a) Final Submission with formal acceptance of Review of Mine Plan & PMCP along with Texts and digitized Maps (no. of sets as required by IBM) after complying to all scrutiny points, as per the time frame given by IBM. b) Approval of Review of Mine Plan & PMCP by IBM as per time frame given by them or before 31.03.2024. However, final payment shall be released after verification of the hard copy of approved Mine plan by Contract In charge and his clearance for payment.
