a).Tenderer to quote as per the aforesaid description and specification. b).The firm need to submit the site pre- inspected cirtificate on the letter head duly certified by firm's representative. c).Electrical fitting and Pipeline or other related connections as required in site need to be pre-inspect and offered the price inclusive all charges. d).The offered product need to be MII complianced and 5 star rating and energy conservation certificate of the offered product need to be submit. e). Offered product detailed specification/OEM catalogue need to be attached and on-site warranty certification need to be attached, failed to which the offer is summarily rejected. f). Model no. of the product and manufacture year should not be before 2024 and need to be verified in OEM's portal.
