REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF ROAD IN TECH AREA AT MIL JAISALMER UNDER GE(A) JAISALMER

M&L for Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder (Paving bituminous VG-30 Graded) content by weight of total mix including prepration of existing black top/ unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning and cleaning surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Repair of road to be carried out in Patches.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but priming with tack coat of 5kg/10 sqm and ditto.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam of paving bitumen of VG-30 grade with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, any penetration laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power road roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam and finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements by brooming in area exc 400 Sqmm all (n exc 50 mm deep) and applying evenly a priming tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade 2.5 Kg/ 10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer complete including complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Cat Eye to be solar type as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar two side reflective type of metal aluminium stud body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA strip lens reflector of Model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions fixed with epoxy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dealineator to be of solar type as approved by GE.

S & F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated, consisting of super bright 6 LEDs in flash mode and solar panel-mono crystalline/ polycrystalline -4volts /300mA, battery-2x1.2V 1600mAH Ni-MH/Ni-cD rechargable with 4 hours of charging time and 12 hours of working time at night with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'B' for the 150mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming Construction/dummy joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' (cold applied polysulphide) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry or stone masonary/boulder masonary (Jodhpur type) built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over a priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 2.0 mm thick of 01 coat of Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Road marking paint work to be carried out ar per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved make and mix with 8% mica sign applicator machine. no extra cost is admissible for the same.

M&L for 100mm thick (spread thickness), moorum/red bajri in berms, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient & camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
