Taking down unservicable electric water heater 25/50 ltrs capacity from Sadanand & Naidu block and depositing to MES store all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

S&F Electric water heater storage type (Geyser) 25 Ltrs capacity 5 star rated as per BEE standard having following features:- a) Current leakage protection device b) High precision thermostat control with auto cut facility c)Multi functional safety valve d)To withstand 8 bar of water pressure. e)Vitreous enamel coated tank. f)Single weld line tank made out of ultra thick superior cold rolled steel. g) Heavy duty protective Magnesium anode. h) High density CFC free PUF insulation. j) Heating indicator lamp Make: Havells Cat No- PURO Plus or equivalent of Bajaj/ Crompton /Racold/Usha/Venus

S & F single pole and neutral enclosure with a twp pin and earth plug socket with single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sub Main wiring with 2 runs of FRLS grade 1100 volt unsheathed PVC insulated cable of single core 6sq mm (nominal area) multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC Cassing and capping of suitable size (ISI marked) incl all specials like joint elbow, Tee, junction , bend etc and provision of one runs of FRLS grade 1100 V rated PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor single core 6sq mm for earth continuity all as directed.

Note (I): Necessary M.S junction boxes for inspection as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge, shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(II) Three runs of wire and one run of PVC Cassing & Capping suitable Size with necessary accessories will be measured as one unit length.

(III) The wiring shall be done strictly by as per IS standard

S&F heavy duty stainless steel chrome finish hot and cold connection pipe with copper chromium plated bolts for Geyser for the length 600 mm, 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings on brick wall / stone, concrete block where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel tubes fixed medium grade galvanised 15 mm dia with all fitting and complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

S & F in repair Bib taps 15 mm, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F 15 mm dia stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with butterly handle screwed both end complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for 3/5 pins socket outlet 15 Amps independent with multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and unsheathed (FRLS) size 4 sqmm drawn in and incl PVC casing and caping with fixing accessories, to be fixed on wooden gutties or plastic rawal plug, for one light /fan point controlled by one switch with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3 mm thick laminated sheet / modular plate incl continous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable size 4 Sqmm for earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed (Make of cable Havells/Plaza/ Finolex/Polycab/Gloster (ISI marked).

S&F Socket 15 Amps flush type 230 Volts , AC complete.(Make : Anchor/Havells/Indoasian/legrand/C&S/Kay/SSK ( ISI marked) all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable Desert Coolers from the existing location and deposit to AGE E/M Store yard for further disposal and Supply & fix new desert cooler electric driven (single phase), 230 volts having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 Cum per hour (or nearest size).Plastic/PVC Body all complete as specified and directed Make : Voltas Model : Desert Cooler JetMax 54 54L or equivalent in Usha/ Bajaj.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete, for foundation/platform/pedestal etc, all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on brick/concrete/ block masonry surface in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in staging for water tanks, desert coolers, window AC's etc with caps, bases, splices etc including necessary cutting, welding, jointing etc and painting 2 coats with black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete of Gde Fe-410 W (quality -A) all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement based paint 2 coats on newly plastered surfaces all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge

Taking down existing unserviceable ceiling fans from the existing location and depositing to AGE E/M Store yard for further disposal and Supply & fix new ceiling fan with complete accessories 230 V, 1200 mm sweep BEE 2 star rated and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connected to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.
