Supply of Materials except steel poles as per Scope of Work

Supplying and erection of 3 stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole of overall length 8.5 meter, with planting depth 1.5 m, length of section 4 m,2.25 m and 2.25 m (bottom, middle, and top respectively), outer dia and thickness of sections 168.3 mm X 4.5 mm, 139.7 mm X 4.5 mm and 114.3 mm X 3.25 mm (bottom, middle and top respectively) with approximate weight 126 Kg. to be fixed up to the planting depth below G/L in a hole of excavation about 30 cm dia. and of suitable depth, to be filled in up to 15 cm below G/L with 1:3:6 cement concrete and there above plinth with 1:2:4 cement Concrete up to a height of 45 cm from G/L. the radial thickness of the plinth above G/L should not be less than 6.35 cm, the outer surface of the plinth to be finished with 1:3 cement plaster 6 mm thick, including painting of pole with two coats of approved color over a priming coat complete in all respects.

Erection of aerial OFC using accessories including loading & unloading charges. Providing support for cable using steel wire including binding with insulated aluminium wire. Lacing at a gap of not more than 50cm, including cost of materials. (insulated aluminium wire for binding will be provided by the Contractor )
