Section A: Round the clock checking/ minor maintenance and operation of Dust Extraction / Suppression System, Ventilation Fans and Sump Pumps, Maintenance of water pipeline system of the CHP ‘A’ TPS, Anpara”

Checking/minor routine maintenance & round the clock operation of dust extraction /suppression system /ventilation fans/ sump pumps.

Removal /replacement of old and damaged pipe line of following sizes 25 mm to 150 mm

Removal /replacement of old and damaged pipe line of following sizes 151 mm to 400 mm

Repair /replacement of M.S./G.I. bends or flanges and repair/ replacement of valves of having sizes:25 mm to 80 mm

Repair /replacement of M.S./G.I. bends or flanges and repair/ replacement of valves of having sizes:81 mm to 250 mm

Fabrication & erection /repairing of supports for M.S. /G.I. pipe line.

Excavation for fixing the support & back filing

Attending leakages in pipe line by welding.

Servicing of valves of sizes 25 mm to 80 mm

Servicing of valves of sizes 81 mm to 250 mm

Servicing of valves of sizes 251 mm to 400 mm

Servicing/ replacement of nozzles

Flushing of header installed at TPs (joint to joint) at one location.

Flushing of pipeline of CCR building/office building /track hopper area.

Overhauling of pressure releasing valves.

Overhauling pump 05 KW to 15 KW motors

Repair/ replacement of shaft ,impeller of pump of 05 KW to 15 KW motors

Replacement of bearing / repairing of bush/ sleeve/ star in pump

Adjustment of coupling /shaft

Adjustment of auto float switch

Repairing of foundation of sump pumps

Replacement / complete servicing of bearing /plumber block.

Repair /replacement of shaft of fan

Replacement of canvas of one no. D.E. system /ventilation fan

Servicing of Damper /removal jamming.

Complete flushing of nozzles and ring header pipe of cyclone chamber of D.E. system.

Replacement of flexible hose pipe.

Repairing / replacement of impeller of V.F.

Removal of choking in bend pipes of D.E. system.

Adjustment of impeller, fitting the same on shaft, ensuring the proper clearance with casing, alignment, and removal of vibrations to ensure smooth operation of Ventilation fan.

Repair /replacement of tie rod.

Proper checking and maintenance of suction duct for smooth operation including complete checking & tightening of nut-bolts, replacement of duct joints whenever required, removal of coal dust/slurry/foreign material from the duct manually with help of compressed air after cutting the duct, followed by its sealing, proper adjustment of opening including their smooth and free operation and proper sealing of the For Dust Extraction System

Proper checking and maintenance of suction duct for smooth operation including complete checking & tightening of nut-bolts, replacement of duct joints whenever required, removal of coal dust/slurry/foreign material from the duct manually with help of compressed air after cutting the duct, followed by its sealing, proper adjustment of opening including their smooth and free operation and proper sealing of the For Ventilation system

Removal, cleaning and refitting of filter panels (blocks) provided in supply and discharge end ventilation Fans

Repair of duct/extraction hood etc.(up to 100mm x100mm size)

Section B: “Work of Operation, checking, routine/preventive/breakdown maintenance works of air conditioning system of the CHP, ATPS Anpara”“

Operation & routine maintenance of Air Conditioning system & Aqua-guard Water cooling system during as per scope of work

Preventive/breakdown maintenance of Air Conditioning system.

Painting & Polishing of Air Conditioning system.

Preventive/ Breakdown maintenance of Aqua-guard Water system.

Preventive/breakdown maintenance of Water cooler system.

Section C: “Routine minor maintenance of OTIS make elevator installed in the service building ATPS for Zero meter to 54 meters levels for CHP 3X210 MW ATPS”

Round the clock operation, routine minor maintenance of lift

Painting & Polishing, as and when required for OTIS make elevator.

Cleaning & Sweeping of the floor area in front of 06 No. doors at different level (zero meter to 54 meters.etc.) & Machine room for OTIS make elevator.
