Providing and laying S&S centrifugaly Cast (spun) / Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS:8329 (a) 200 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 Pipes

Providing push-on-joints to centrifugally (Spun) cast Iron pipes or Ductile Iron pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of Rubber gasket.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc lead upto 50mm and lift 1.5 m

Providing and laying of S&S C.I Standards specials suitable for mechanical joiniting as per IS:13382 upto 300mm dia

Welding by Electric plant, including transportation of electric welding plant at site etc. Complete.

Providing & laying mild steel pipes (ISI certified). 200mm dia (Rate to be quoted by contractor/Firm)

Proving and fixing C.I Sluice valve (with Cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required shall be paid separately) (a) 200mm dia class- II

Providing and fixing CI Check Valves complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (ISI Certrified). 200mm dia (Rate to be quoted by contractor/Firm)

Disposal of extra earth from the site of work to the safe side outside muncipal limit at an average distance 5km by MT.

Note: The Bill of purchase of the material should clearly depict that the material conforms with the ISI standards and PHE manual. Moreover weight / mtr in case of the pipes and weight / unit (Unit meaning pipe specials of different shapes and sizes) should be clearly mentioned in the bill.
