Schedule I :- Engineering Services (Vetting of the Design for STP, Sewer Network and Electro-Mechanical Works to be done from any IIT/ NIT)
Survey Work, Hydraulic Design and As-Built Drawing :- Conducting survey of the DIBRUGAD Pilot project as per drawings / maps attached in the Bid Documents. The survey includes Carrying out necessary engineering Surveys and investigation such as topographical survey, hydrological survey geotechnical survey, land availability survey, soil condition survey, to prepare gap analysis, identification and development of important components for sewerage generation & managements. Population data, existing sanitation infrastructure & type of water bodies including road & house hold survey. Fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals, and at each crossing & junction of point, change of alignment. Survey to be carried out by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. Total Station / DGPS and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD and GIS format as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge. The data showing the alignment of sewer line, important land , habitation by hatch mark and submission of 3 (Six) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings etc. Survey Work also Includes Household survey for finalizing house survey connections- As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas in GIS Layer. Shep file layers, in projection (Latitude & Longitude). The location of completed works and alignment shall be marked in the drawing and it shall represent true locations at site as directed. Hydraulic Design and modelling of proposed sewerage system including trunk main, collection system, and structural Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications of components (if any) included in proposed STP system completely in all respect. Any changes as required after re-Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications (if needed) the system shall be informed to the Engineer-in-Charge and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer and after approval shall be executed for entire project area. (Note :- All the designs shall be got approved from the Employer before starting work)
Schedule II :- Sewerage Treatment Plant 6 Mld (MBBR Technology) (Vetting of the Design for STP to be done from any IIT/ NIT)

MS Dismantling Joint, Knife Gate Valves PN-10 /16 rated, Air Valve, C.I/DI.D/F Reflex valves, Butterfly valves and Sluice valves. Instrumentation & SCADA works :- Providing, erecting Electric Valve Actuator for non-rising spindle type sluice valve of PN 1.6 rating, totally enclosed, weather-proof and dust proof construction with IP-67, protection class suitable of rating 250 Volt, 5 Amp, AC/DC, torque switch dial and with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor working on 440 Volts +/- 10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC of intermittent duty rating S-2, monitoring and communication of equipment & instruments at the STP. Providing and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun)/Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS:8329, providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and the cost of rubber gasket, including Excavating trenches in all types of strata of required width for pipes, sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, D.I. Specials, mechanical jointing as per IS : 9523, providing and fixing D.I. Air Valve, sluice valves /Score Valve (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc., providing erecting and commissioning MS dismantling joint including Dewatering as per requirement and departments approved drawing and specifications, including machining and rubber ring and suitable for 16 kg/cm2 working pressure with required flanges of suitable size with nut and bolt etc. complete. The joint should have long bolts so that during normal working pressure there should be no sliding movement of sliding flanges LOF (length over flange) should not be less than 75% of dia. Schedule III :- Sewerage Treatment Plant 6.0 Mld (MBBR Technology) (Vetting of the Design for sewer network to be done from any IIT/ NIT)
Design, Construction & Commissioning 6.0 Mld Capacity Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), Design to take Pick load, for Dibrugarh area using Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) Process Technology. including hydraulic testing, Commissioning and giving satisfactory trial runs of STP with Pump House, inlet chamber, screen chamber, grit separator, MBBR / FAB (based on technologies providing attached growth on plastic media kept suspended in the waste water due to low density of plastic and provided with compressed air for aeration with very high MLSS of greater than 15,000 mg/lit.) tank, secondary clari settler, sludge sump, sludge thickener, treated water sump, chlorine contact tank, chlorinator room/shed, sludge centrifuge, associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, administration block etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, units as per detailed specifications for civil components with all duties and taxes, lead and lift of material etc. complete. Treated sewage can be used for irrigation, horticulture purposes. Including cost of Maintenance Room, Security Room, Administrative Building, & Borewell etc complete payment to All Permission to Concerned Authority, etc. complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/employer.
Schedule IV :- Electro-Mechanical Works Instrument & control For STP 6.0 Mld Capacity (Vetting of the Design for Electro-Mechanical work to be done from any IIT/ NIT)
Mechanical Works :- Supply installation, testing and commissioning of following items 1) Supply, Installation & Testing of Sluice gates. Schedule V :- Collection & Trunk Sewer System ( DWC SN-8 Class Pipes Up to 200 mm) (Vetting of the Design for sewer network to be done from any IIT/ NIT)
HDPE DWC Pipes and Specials :- Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, disinfection and commissioning of sewage, for HDPE Double wall corrugated SN-8 Class pipes for non-pressure underground drainage & sewerage Corrugated external surface Pipes of rating, IS marked confirming to IS 16098:Part 2 2013 with Socket, Spigot ends and titan joints in standard working lengths with plain, double socket, Socketed and specials conforming to IS:16098 :part -2 2013. including dismantling of all type of pavements, and foundations , Excavating trenches in all types of strata & lifts of required width for pipes, sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, PCC, sand bedding with approved graded sand as required, backfilling of trenches with approved grade excavated materials and stone dust filling as per PWD requirement, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as required including loading and unloading of all material with all lead and lift, Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in trances with prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc, including dewatering if necessary, including nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals, Third party inspection (Pre & Post), hydro-testing, commissioning complete for collection system as per Technical Specifications, proper safety arrangements, and any other works as directed by any other essential works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Drainage drops :- Providing S.W. or R.C.C pipes in vertical drop arrangement including providing 200 mm dia S.W. and R.C.C. pipe of 500 mm dia fixed in B.B. masonry of manhole at the required level including providing 150 mm dia double tee, 150 mm dia right angled bend, encasing in B.B. masonry 1:4 proportion all around the pipe, double tee, bend up to the foundation of manhole, jointing, cutting, filleting including neat cement rendering, plugging the opening with jungle wood knob complete as directed by engineer-in-charge (0.60 m depth) excluding cost of chamber. As per Technical Specifications and any other essential works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule X :- Road Reinstating
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications. Restoration or bituminous road - tack coat over WMM + bituminous macadm + pre-mix carpet. Cement Concrete Road Restoration Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base of 150 mm thickness and cement concrete pavement of 300mm thickness as per specification as directions of Engineer-in-Charge & directed by the employer.

11 KV H.T Cable :- Providing & Supplying Including Lowering & Laying, Jointing, testing H.T. Cable for New STP from nearest 11 KV.DP.

Schedule-XII :- Operation and Maintenance
Operation and Maintenance (after completion of Capex work and trial & satisfactory commissioning of complete project) :- Operation, maintenance, excluding APDCL charges for Power Consumption, but including required Manpower, chemicals and spares, material, repairing of all components as required, repair to pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non-civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of Sewerage Treatment plant (proposed) pumps and motors, pumping stations, including, mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories and SCADA systems, it also includes activities for maintenance of campus development, administrative building, laboratory, horticulture, etc. and all works related to plant operation as per scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works. (if any), including all trunk mains, collecting system, pumping main and allied works for Five years as per specifications attached and any other essential works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. (APDCL Energy Charges will be borne by the ULB)
