Removing all types of hume pipes and stacking within a lead f 1000 metres including earthwork and dismantling of masonry works as per Technical Specification Clause 202..above 900 mm dia HPC

Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.1

Construction of embankment with approvedmaterials obtains from borrow pitswith a lift upto 1.50m, transporting to site , spreading, grading to required slopes and compacting to meet requirement Tables 300.1 &300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrowed pits, with, all lefts& leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting ‘to meet the requirement of table 300-2

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel rollerto achieve the desired densityt, as per Technial Specification Clause 401. Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect.( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
