Boring for bored cast in situ pile 500mm dia through hard rock using rotary bored piling rigandd getting out and removing hard rock and spoil outside defence land complete allas specified and directed

Initial testing on piles 500mm dia all as per IS-2911 Part-IV test shall be conducted all as specified and directed.

Testing of piles for 500mm dia (Routine test) all as per IS-2911 Part-IV and all as specified and directed including bringing on site all equipment and removal from the site after resting is complete.

Non destructive integrity testing on 500mm dia piles to be carried out as per IS-14893 of 2001.

TMT steel bars 16mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for piles and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified etc complete. Note: Steel shall be issued under Schedule 'B'.

TMT steel bars 16mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for stirrups, spacers and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia in piles as shown on drawing, all as specified etc complete. Note: Steel shall be issued under Schedule 'B'.

TMT steel bars 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally in stirrups, spacers etc and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia in piles as shown on drawing, all as specified etc complete. Note: Steel shall be issued under Schedule 'B'

6mm thick MS plate fabricated liner Fe-410W(Gde E-250) quality 'B' with necessary shore cutter edge of 12mm (6+6mm) thick MS plate two layers with stiffeners to a depth of rock touch level for piles complete all as specified and as directed. Liner shall be measured and paid from cut off level and quoted rates shall include for cutting of MS liner at cut off level as directed. Note: Steel shall be issued under Schedule 'B'

EARTHWORK/ DEMOLITION

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), removing demolished materials etc. outside MD land including loading, unloading and disposing at the destination.

Grubbing up tree trunk exceeding 700 cm and not exceeding 750 cm including cutting of tree trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable materials and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk exceeding 1400 cm and not exceeding 1450 cm including cutting of tree trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable materials and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 1.55 and 1.56: All serviceable/ unserviceable materials obtained shall be stacked for handing over to User unit.

WATER SUPPLY

Construction of valve chamber in PCC 1:4:8 of internal dimensions of chamber 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm size, masonry built in CM(1:4) with MS cover 3.15 mm thick and locking arrangement including excavaton and earth works PCC (1;4;8) type D2 for foundation PCC bed/coping in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 plastering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 painting with one coat of bituminous black paint on all steel surface all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
