Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P,royalty etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 22.5cm(9") thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting,lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. work with M-25 grade In Different Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position andas directed by the Engineer in charge. Supplying fitting, with Straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the HYSD steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works and for providing cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel including binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. completefor ground floor or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (23 x 11 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

25 mm (1") thick A.S flooring with cement concrete with C.C. ( 1:2:4) including punning using with 12 size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting,lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick / stone massonary finished smooth including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of MS Angles or Hollow Tube Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and record racks including all cost of materials, conveyance, Labour, T&P required for the work etc complete including all cost or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of GCI sheet of 0.40 mm thick in roof drilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys etc complete including all cost of materials, conveyance, Labour, T&P required for the work etc complete including all cost or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 (Two) coats with any approved enamel paint over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the EIC

Wall painting two coats over a coat of primer with Acrylic Emulsion paint (weather seal coat) of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
