Replacement of ESV Stem of the removed ESV . Removing of the tack weld of the valve nut to valve body by grinding and loosening the valve nut, removing the broken stem, cleaning and checking the thoroughness of new valve stem by DPT, changing the new valve stem, tightening the valve nut, tack weld, DP test of the tack weld.
