Supply and fixing in replacement of earth resistance marking plate fabricated from MS plate not less than 3mm thick, in square shape of size 200x200mm, fixed to equal angle of size 20x20x3mm of length 0.75 mtr, 0.30 mtr shall be embedded in PCC of 1:2:4, type B-1, using 15mm stone aggregate of size 200x200x300mm below ground level in and including necessary earth work duly writing of earthing No and details of earth, painted with applicable colour code for conventional/ chemical earthing complete all as specified and directed

Provn of new Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

M&L for maintenance free chemical earthing of technology 3 mtr long 17.20 mm dia with 250-micron Copper coating and UL listed. There should be terminal for connection of 150 x 50 x 6 mm with 4 hole of 12 mm dia along with 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited laboratory with 95 percent carbon content. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be IEC 62321. The ph value of compound should be 7 -8. Electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI. Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 25 KA rms for 1 Sec. including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting copper rod and filling of chemicals and Poly plastic pit cover of material- polymerbody & cover dimensions-308mm (L) x 308 mm (W) x 214 mm (H) bearing capacity 7.5 Ton approved from NABL approved Lab Complete .

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles, making base for fixing of earth strip, Air termination rod on roof top, blast pan or indicated site , path to LT panels, bollard light(bollard lights to be refixed after repair to base) and other indicated work including necessary form work and finished the surface and including dismantling of old unseerviceable PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M& L for Earthing pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar of inner size 300 x 300x 300 mm depth with wall thickness 120mm , watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete block size (Lxbxh) 30 x 30 x 30cm , 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making base for fixing of earth strip, Air termination rod on roof top to be refixed after remove of old base) and other indicated work including necessary form work and finished the surface and including dismantling of old unserviceable PCC block complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
