INSTALLATION OF COMPACT SUB STATION 315 KVA TRANSFORMERS AT SRI GANGANAGAR MIL STN

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of distribution netwrok, 11 KV outdoor compact Sub Station totally factory assembled consisting of 1 Way RMU type, 1 No, 11 KV/433V, 315 KVA with Oil type transformer, 1 Set of LT device as under. Compartment 11 KV, 630A, 25KA/1 Sec indoor type non-extensible, SF6 gas insulated Ring Main unit sealed pressure system criterion in accordance with the IEC : 60298, 62271-202. IAC category IAC-AFL. The switchgear includes the following HV cubicles. 1. The indoor non-extensible SF6 insulated RMU fully motorised consist of 1 No Load Break Switch with self powered relay for protection of transformer as ICOG. Rated for Voltage 12 KV, 400A, 25 KA for 1 sec. (a) Rated voltage should be 12 KV. (b) Rated power frequency voltage 28 KV. (c) Rated lightening withstand voltage 75 KV. (d) Rated current for Ring Main Feeder 630 Amps. (e) Rated current for LBS feeder 400 Amps. (f) Rated short time current-25 KA/1 Sec. (g) Rated Short time making current - 50 KA. (h) Ambient temp (0 deg C to +40 deg C). (j) Rated internal arc rating 21 KA for 1 sec for tank and cable box category IAC-AFL. (k) RMU shall be provided with protection CTs rated for 30/1 Amps, Class-10P10 accuracy, 2.5 VA burden for circuit breaker. (l) The feeder shall be self powered/powered by external source and shall be provided with OC+EF protection for transformer and shall have serial port for communication on modbus protocol. (m) Dead short Circuit life of VI - 40 Nos. 2. Transformer (Oil type) Three phase. (a) Standard IS : 2026, IS 1180. (b) Vector Group : Dyn11. (c) Rating : 315 KVA (d) Cooling System : ONAN (e) Winding : Copper (f) Magnetic Core : Prime grade of M4 or better (g) High voltage : 11 KV - 50 Hz (h) System highest Voltage : 12 KV at the HV side.

(j) H.V Power Frequency (KV rms) : 28 KV (k) H.V Impulse withstand voltage (KV peak) : 75 kVp. (l) The losses of Transformer should be as per IS 1180 Part I Eff level 3 norms (IS amended as per latest). (m) Transformer shall be designed for 110% continuous over fluxing withstand capability. (n) Temperature rise as per IS 1180. (o) OTI & WTI, Pressure relief value (without auxillary contacts), Skids, Earthing terminal, Lifting lugs, Rating plate) Dehydrating breather. 3. LV Compartment. The LV compartment with Degree of protection -IP54 designed for a 50 degree C ambient temperature. The panel is modular, dead front, free standing, floor mounted and comprises the floowing equipment. (a) 433 V air insulated Aluminium busbar having capacity 600A, 50Hz, 50 KA withstand fault level capacity. (b) Incomer- 4 Pole, 630A. Thermal Magnetic MCCB with O/C, S/C protection. Ics-50 KA with Double make and Double break type. 4. Outdoor enslosure :- The enclosure shall be made of 2.0 mm thickness Galvanised sheet tropicalised to meet Indian weather conditions including all the partition sheets & doors. The base of the enlsosure shall be of 4.0 mm thickness HoT Dip Galvanised sheet steel to ensure rigidity for easy transport & installation. The entire package Substation shall be Factory Assemble & Factory Fitted. The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compatment, IP34 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure to be tested for internal Arc fault test to the tune of atleast 21 KA for 1 second for Class A & Class B, adhering to as per latest IEC 62271-202. The temperature rise test on enclosure for K10 clas. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. The enclosure, RMU and LV Breaker should be of same make for better co-ordination and services. Note :- (i) CSS will be tested at factory/company before dispatch as per IS by representative of Accepting Officer. (ii) Costing of equipment & labour for testing of CSS at site by Electrical Inspector will be borne by Contractor. (iii) First filling of transformer oil will be included in the quoted rates. (iv) All Parts (RMU, Transformer, LV compartment) of compact sub station will be of same make. Make : Schneider/Seimens/ABB/ITE Gurgaon or equivalent .

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal of vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 Core, 95 Sqmm complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 300 Sqmm, 3.5 Core complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply, Laying DWC pipe size 110 mm OD /95 mm ID by Excavation method complete all as specfied and directed.

M& L for boring hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchesless for laying DWC pipe suitable for outer dia of cable passing without damaging Road/ Plinth /Floor complete all as specfied and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables complete all as specfied and directed.
