With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat)over previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint,to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt ,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping. i).With enamel paint white and other then white.

Providing/Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation &plinth.

Providing and fixinf commercial plywood ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for seperately) 6 mmthick

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken broken glass panes wherever necessary ( Plain Glass 4mm thick )

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm inside, inbrick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter,160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarsesand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neatcement complete as per standard design :18.33.1 With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and fixing pipe 100 mm dia PVC Finolex type-B spigot, socket, wasteand wentilating pipes of working pressure not lessthen 4.5 Kg/sqm including coller and filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.

Hirmachi color wash on decorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops and other foreign matter
