S&F cover for foam cushion of size 555x530x100mm made out of tapestery cloth of approved pattern, texture, shade and colour with fixing a good quality zip at one side in replacement to the old damaged cushion cover.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER (TP / SPL)

Taking out the old damaged / wornout tapestery cloth, cloth hassion, cloth marking and damaged wooden parts of the sofa chairs, reparing the damageged structures and replacement of wooden membrances with kail wood memberances, providing new GI springs, cloth marking coir fiber, foam cushion 40 (d) and fixing of arms with peoper worksmanship. the tapestery cloth shall be of best quality and of approved pattern, colour / shade for covering the entire structure of the sofa chairs.

S&F new seats PVC (blowplast/supreme/amco or equivlant) after removing old damaged seats fixing shall be done with approprate size screws and washers. Colour and pattern as approved by the engr in charge.

S&F new hand rest on the chair examination / chair school / chair with hand rest made out of 18 mm thick plank of Teakwood well seasoned and attached with pyno hingis shape and size as mentioned in drg.

Painting to the steel structure of the chair in two coats of best quality paint with best worksmanship.

Repair to Chair Revolving Executive / Chair revolving long back

Supply and fixing with welding work & removing and fixing of unserviceable part as per pattern of Durun / complete assy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable fabric, foam cushions of seat and back and upholistring of existing chair computer with new fabric, new foam 50mm thick high density (32 density) for seat and back rest as per best trade practice Note : Min price range for cloth is Rs 200/- per mtr

Taking out Unserviceable base for chair and S&F new base complete in all respects as pe requirement and duly functional, all as specified and directed.

Removing of Unserviceable hand rest and S & F new hand rest of best quality as approved and required to make functional the chair

Gas welding on the conduit and soft sheet surfaces with proper worksmanship, the welding shall be done in running hand welding joints.

Electric / Rod welding on the sheet surfaces with proper worksmanship, the welding shall be done in running hand welding joints.

Multipurpose Chair Cinema (TP)

Removing old damaged seats and back of the chair cinema and repairing and fixing the seats and back after replacing foam cushions of both seat and back and provideing foam cushion in shape,cloth leathertic (pattern and colour as approved) repairing the structure of the chair and making functional the forward / backward and sliding motion of the chair in smooth and noiseless.

SS SLIDING CHANNELS

S&F SS Sliding Channels to the wooden / steel furniture where ever required for Drawers, keyboars, mouse boards etc in repairs with approprate size screws to make functional the furniture articles.

PAINTING TO FURNITURE ARTICLES:- Painting to the steel furniture after prepration of surfaces, cleaning the durt, dust, rust with amery papers, removing dents if any, applying suitable putty and smoothing the surfaces, applying a coat of redoxide on fresh surfaces and painting the steel furniture internally and externally with existing colour scheme of OG/Black/White /Smoke grey paint manually make Asian/Nerolac/Berger of 1st quality paint. The painting will be done as directed by Engr –in charge at site (site of work includes the places where furniture items are issued and in use at different locations of Wing)
