   Delivery to be completed within 30 days only. No further extension in DP shall be granted. Offers of bidders quoting DP more than 30 days shall be ignored. Firm to deliver the material at an earliest without waiting for the end of delivery period.

   Bidders are reminded to carefully go through Para 35.0 of Instruction to tenderes and General Conditions of Tenders for Supply Contract 25 (included and uploaded along with the bid document) those pertaining to "Code of Integrity, Misdemeanor and Penal measures". If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of Tender conditions." They are therefore earnestly urged to refrain from committing violation of code of integrity in general and conflict of interest and anti-competitive practices
