Dismantling RCC posts and struts any section including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed surface.

S&F for Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 incl excavation for post holes and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised, (hot dip) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F MS round bar 10 mm dia as in strands for holding chain link fencing incl hooking etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, 5 to 10 mm diameter of shank, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concetrina coil securing or tying incl provn of MS wire stapples or steel pins etc all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Chain link MS galvanised fencing of wire mesh size 50 mm x 50 x 3.8 mm all as specified

Taking down old damaged SGSW/UPVC/RCC pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation as per requirement of old fitted in trenches & S&F 150 mm dia RCC NP3 pipe laid and jointed complete including providing 150 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm grade stone agg as in bed for pipes incl packing under and huaunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:4 of old size sub class ‘B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item 12 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as surface channels and drain etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. all as specified.

Demoliton of cement conc of any description in any position not specifically provided for, all as specified.

Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) 75 mm thick as in floor,floor tile etc finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl glass srips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs, paver blocks and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/apron laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and no pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658:2006 of 60 mm thickness M35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks (capacity of tank exc. 250 ltr but n. exc. 500 ltr) and removing from site ,S&F Rotational moulded polyethelyne water storage tank three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 500 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection 20mm dia and 15mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long and PTMT valve 20mm high pressure with polyethelyne float and fly nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks (capacity of tank exc. 500 ltr but n. exc. 1000 ltr) and removing from site,S&F Rotational moulded polyethelyne water storage tank three layered(cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 1000 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection 20mm dia and 15mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long and PTMT valve 20mm high pressure with polyethelyne float and fly nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern size 580mm x 440mm with integral foot rest including provision of lime concrete bedding, connection to drain out pipe and to flush pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc complete including making good the disturbed flooring of existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1:5:10 type E2 cement concrete in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as spd and directed

S&F in repairs 10 litres PVC low level flushing cistern syphonic action type with inlet ball valve float and push type handle including bracket, PVC 32mm dia flush pipe with coupling and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape, required including cranking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified .

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position and M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm gradded aggregateas in shelves, cover slabs including necessary form work all as specified.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregates louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:4.complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing)removing serviceable tiles to a store and rubbish off permises,M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles of size 450mmx350mmx7mm thick, set, jointed in colour cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing)removing serviceable tiles to a store and rubbish off permises,M&L Non skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( sq/ rect) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing)removing serviceable tiles to a store and rubbish off permises ,M&L Ceramic colouerd tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm,in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry with and pointed in coloured cement match the colour of tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as spd.

Dismantling timber scantling of any description.

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 incl two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

M&L Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with selg taping screws as specified.

M&L pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheeting 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self taping screws as specified.

Reparing, streightening, greasing and re-errecting of MS steel sliding door in the old position including all material like PCC, locking arrangement etc for making operational of any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
