Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of eco-friendly Static type Diesel Engine driven generating set silent type with AMF Panel confirming to CPCB condition/norms, 62.5 KVA 415 volts (AC 3 phase,4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at 0.8 power factor directly coupled alternator & engine, water cooled, mounted on common base plate of rigid fabricated mild steel frame platform with floor mounted fuel tank & including all excavation PCC foundation, anti vibration pads/ dampers including standard control panel other accessories as per manufacturer's design.The Gen set should be fitted with integrated accoustic enclosure manufactured by the OEM of the Generating set .The Generating Set and accoustic enclosure shall confirm to emmision norms and noise level.The accostic enclosure shall be type tested and certificate obtained for the type approved from approved agencies listed in Govt Notification.Specifications of DG set shall be as specified and and comprising of the following:- (A) ENGINE (Prime mover) : Diesel engine vertical type of adequate capacity for 62.5 KVA,1500 RPM (conforming to IS: 4722/BS:5514) of suitable BHP as per manufacturer recommendation,Turbo charged water cooled ,12 volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer instructions including suitable engine control panel/dash Board with electronic techometer.Lubrication oil temperature & pressure gauges water temp gauge and frequency meter (digital type) including safety automatic shut down in case of fault such as high water temperature low oil pressure,over speed etc including self starter,alternator,cogged, V belt,fuel tank with first fill of lub oil and coolant(as applicable) etc complete all as specified. (B) ALTERNATOR: Aternator AC ,3 phase 415 volts 4 wire rated line current for output 62.5 KVA,PF 0.8, 1500 RPM confirming to BS 5000/ IS 4722. Insulation class enclosure/SPDP self excited, self regulated brushless, complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled with above engine.

(C) Anti vibration pads for mounting engine and alternator assembly on the base frame/plate or as recommended/provided by the manufacturer (D) Base frame made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications. (E) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Provision of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure. It shall be made of 16 SWG or manufacturer's standard norms out of CRCA sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardent foam as acoustic material of suitable thickness and perforated sheet of stainless steel as per manufacturer design.The doors and glass window shall be as per manufacturer's design.The base frame shall be of ISMC.It shall also include the following:- (i) Silencer: Suitable exhaust Residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper cable (ISI 694marked) FRLS in conduit and for light and fan point lamp fittings including lamp. (iii) Fuel tank: Sub Base Fuel tank of 14 SWG MS sheet of capacity considered as per OEM duly powder coated. (iv) one Nos 12V x 100 AH maintenance free batteries as recommended by manufacturer. (F) The standard digital control Control Panel suitable to accommodate inside accoustic enclosure all as specified. (G) Servicing of fuel tank as per manufacturer.

M&L for plinth of DG Set (62.5 KVA) of size 3.95x2.15x0.30 mtr as specified in design/drawing and recommended by OEM/ manufacturer, including excavation work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggreate) for foundation , Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks and rendering of 15 mm thick cement plaster on of brick / concrete work , sand filling for foundation and hard core of brroken bricks of gauge n exc 63 mm depsited ,spread and fiiling in layers and cement conerete type C-2, 1:3:6 ,100 mm thick and Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches or duct or passing through pipe or fixed to poles walls of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches or duct or passing through pipe or fixed to poles walls of size 16 Sqmm 4 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized steel tube 40 mm dia light grade for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cable, pole foundation, etc including taking out old brick cable protection cover and getting out forming bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer each not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately). Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm dia connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in M-25 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as including testing on completion, complete all as specified.
