Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 15 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of waste up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling carefully the existing Brick work /stone mansonary along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. deposting the serviceable material at departmental store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(Note:- Reinforcement provided if any shall be measured & paid under relevant item.)

Providing and laying in position, at all levels & loactions, for structural members of all geometrical shape & design as per drawing, Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade as specified below, conforming to latest revisions of IS:456-2000 and IS:13920, using 20 mm maximum size aggregates and approved quality sand including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticisers / super plasticisers), weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc.complete all as per specifications & as directed by EIC.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position, striking / removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for form work including single / multiple staging at all floors, level & locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural / R C C elements and including rails, bracings, props, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment & stop boards for construction joints etc. will not be measured for payment). For all type of structural / RCC elements including all geometrical shapes and single / multiple staging at all floors and location

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters asrequired at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position at all floors, locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.)

Cement plastering work using cement sand mortar and finished thickness as specified below without neat cement punning, at all floors, levels & locations, in single/ double coat (as specified) over concrete/ masonry surface including surfaces preparation, even & smooth surface in correct line, level, plane, plumb and including scaffolding, curing etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC. Using ready mix cement mortar having Cement : Sand (1:4)

Providing and Supplying Precast RCC coping of required size and shape and fixed over in in-situ RCC column including pre-casting RCC coping in M30 grade by mechanical mixing, consolidation, finishing, making slop, curing, placing required MS plate and Steel reinforcement and lifting hooks etc, formwork including transportation, labour for lifting and fixing etc, all complete as per drawing , specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note: Steel reinforcement and MS plate Shall be paid under relevent item

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 500mm dia 10 meter openble length (total length 90 m), having 50nos round per 6 meter length, upto 3 meter hight bof wall with existing angle Iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle Iron, all complete as per direction Engineer-In-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile stregth of 165 kg/ sq mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/m all as per specification and drawing and as directed. Note: MS angle, concrete blocks etc shall be paid under relevent item.

Supplying and spacing at site 'Y' angle Iron post and strut of required size (ISA 50x50x6mm thick) including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia etc and supplying and fixing M S Plate of required dimension at required location all complete as per drawing specification and diredted by Engineer -In- charge .

Providing and supplying , hoisting and fixing at all levels precast reinforced cement concrete panels in-situ RCC Column for entire height of boundry wall in courses with weep hole of 100 mm dia throughout the thickness of bottom most wall panel above ground including pre-casting RCC panels in required size and shape in M30 grade by mechanical mixing, consolidation, finishing, making slop, curing, placing required MS plate and Steel reinforcement and lifting hooks etc, formwork including transportation, labour for lifting and fixing etc, all complete as per drawing , specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note: Steel reinforcement and MS plate Shall be paid under relevent item

Providing and fixin g G.I. barbed wire 12 SWG in 8 horizontal & diagonal rows MS Angle posts with barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 meters (min) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. Staples on wooden plugs or welding / G.I. binding wire tide to 6mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In-charge. Note:- 1) cost of MS/RCC posts, strusts etc. shall be paid seperately. 2) Total length of barbed wire used shall be measured for payment.

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 including raking out joints, scaffolding, simultaneous flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, including AC pipe 50mm dia weep hole at 1.5m c/c in horizontal & in vertical, curing,scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement pointing to stone work using ready mix cement mortar 1:3, including rakingout joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified below including curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying stone pitching 230 mm thick using locally available spotless black rubble stone of approved quality including supply of stones preparation of surface, setting the stones to proper line, level or slope etc. grouting the joints in stone pitching using ready mix cement mortar 1:4 & pointing the surface with the same mortar etc complete all as directedby the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying exterior grade 100% acrylic emulsion paint for external surfaces (plastered / concrete) in two or more coats on old / new surfaces at all floors, levels & location using ready mixed & ready made acrylic emulsion paint of approved make, shade and pattern including one coat of approved acrylic based water repellent primer including labour, material, scaffolding, surface preparation, cleaning etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Acrylic emulsion shall have VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre. UV resistance as per IS:15489, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives.
