Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm in patches of areas 205sq.meter and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape laking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Dismantling wood work in frames, upto 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead of sectional area below 40sqcm.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood.

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of thickness 4.0mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing 30mm glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float panes including ISI marked M.S. Pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class Kail wood.

Providing and fixing PVC panelling of superior quality including all wastages/carriages/labour complete job.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) .

Providing and fixing Sanitary/C.P fittings and allied items.

Providing & laying/fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of Ist quantity conforming to IS : 13755 of make in color shades except white, lvory, grey, fume, red, brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm.

Providing & fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make in all colo , shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Change in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 : cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing of curtain Rods.

Regrading terracing of mud phaska to proper slope.
