Providing/ fitting , testing and commissioning of pumping machinery i.e. 7000 GPH x 300 mtr . Head HC Pump Set (1No.) at pumping station Nud. The Complete job involves installation of new HC pump set on the existing foundation block by way of proper placing of pump set and prime mover over the base frame. Providing and fixing of base boards with nuts and washers, labelling of pump and motor in proper alignment by way of adding shims etc. so that pump and motor can be coupled without any opset. Coupling the pump with motor by proper fixing of coupling pulley set and thightening them properly and fitting of new graphite gland packing in the pump gland
